My second time staying there I absolutely love it

The room was clean but musty. I have been coming to this hotel for over 20 years, and it's starting to show its age. The service is still stellar, and everyone is genuine and helpful. It could use some updating and maybe a check on the HVAC system, since the room always smelled damp and musty when we entered.

This is one of our favorite hotels to stay at and the staff is top notch!!

The grounds were beautiful and the location was perfect. I would have liked to be in the main building and the vending machines did not work.

Horrible experience - left did not stay - Booking.com should be ashamed of yourself - what a bait and switch of room being dated and in another bldg with no elevator - Im a 64 year old woman expected to carry my luggage up 20 steps- room satined carpet smelled like pee - bathroom moldy - spider in the tub bathroom so dated I would not of felt clean - disgusting - I have written reviews to warn others - sick - liked absolutely nothing - staff rude - I took several pictures to upload into my review discussing - my video willl tell the true story

Bfast was a very nice dining experience with solid buffet offerings. Plus to have coffee to go afterwards. Can’t think of anything

Great location, very clean, good value, restaurants on the property were excellent, bed was very comfortable Rooms could use a little updating, bigger & more comfortable towels needed for bathroom
-
Great stay, no concerns. Great location and very safe. Free parking is great if you are renting a car.

This Hilton property is disgusting. The rooms are falling apart dirty mold, the bathrooms are disgusting. They need to do a major overhaul of this Hotel. Stay away go somewhere else.

Breakfast was excellent. My husband did the buffet and I ordered off the menu. Food was plentiful and delicious. The decor was pleasant and calming. The staff was friendly and attentive. We would eat there again. The hotel has been there a long time. Some of the decor was dated.

Clean room, staff was polite, beautiful pool and good food.

This is an old beautiful building that looks pretty in the lobby but if you look too close there are issues. The elevators are terrifying because you’re never quite sure if and when they will break down. The beds are hard as a rock and the shower was old and gross. While I realize they have tried to keep some of the charm, things need to be updated!!! They charge way too much to stay here for these kinds of problems.
