River City Casino & Hotel

Outstanding resort...clean campus...amazing casino experience 👌...Great smelling facility...Would definitely recommend this resort if visiting St.Louis...Great restaurants located within the resort!

Room was clean and quiet. Everything was great until we tried to shower the next morning and we had no hot water which sucked. Overall it was a nice place loved the tv screen in the mirror of the bathroom.

During our stay, we unfortunately misplaced a cellphone in the casino area. Although it was not recovered for approximately ten hours, the staff consistently assured us that it would be located. As you can appreciate, misplacing an item of value can make it difficult to focus on other matters. To our immense relief, the phone was found in the fourteenth hour by your security team. I would like to extend a significant commendation to security guards Jacqueline (Jackie) and Samad (Mo). Mo personally delivered the phone to us. We were incredibly delighted and grateful for its recovery. Thank you both sincerely. Following this incident, we were able to fully enjoy the remainder of our stay. The food at the Sports Bar restaurant was delicious, particularly the wings,

Great room and friendly staff! Some of the restaurants have strange hours but enjoy having options on site!

Did not have Breakfast. Did grab a Coffee at cafe. It was delicious staff was friendly. Front desk very hospitable great outing it was for my Moms 77th celebration of life. The shower was brautiful. Water was cold. I had to take a shower anywayy

Quick in and out for a family thing. River city was a perfect choice for us because of the dining and entertainment options at one location. The reception staff was great when we checked in and even checked on us as our stay continued. We spent one evening in the sports book and Melanie was fantastic. Great food and great service. Would highly recommend.

The room was very clean . However , the hotel charged me $30.00 & when I called to ask why ..the staff member replied someone had mistakenly charged me for a pillow and would be crediting the money back to my account . And , the 1 staff member forgot to give me my drivers license back when I returned the luggage cart .

The hotel rooms are a little dated, but the bathroom was very luxurious. The tv in the mirror was a nice touch and the shower was great! The room cleanliness was just ok. We stayed 3 nights. The hotel itself is beautiful. The parking garage was so convenient and not far of a walk to the rooms. We didn’t have time to visit the restaurants because we were in town visiting friends and family and to have fun! Great location for being close to the city and yet still be close enough to South County. Parking is free which is a huge perk.

Very comfortable bed, excellent customer service at the reception and at the cafe. Only problem was the power was out to the restaurant in the morning (and we had food credit as first time visitors). Staff got us coffee and pastries and did their best considering the circumstances.

Specifically chose a room with a patio which was a complete waste of space. There were so many bugs both dead and alive we couldn’t even open the door to go out there. There were also old beer caps on the ground along with spider webs all over outside ceiling and lights. There was seriously a large pile of dead bugs out the door and to the left as if someone swept them up and left them.

Room was ok, the casino was ok, bit not super clean. Not sure would come back tbh

Male check in person was rude and absolutely unhelpful. Asked for a caddy ( could have offered ) but didn’t I had to surrender my DL even to get one. Our room was ok until you went in the restroom there were turds still floating in the toilet and sticky piss on the floor. I had to mop it up with a towel. Carpet in room needed to be replace.
