We have been in Alpenschlössl in December 2022. Very clean, good spa area with attentive personnel. This part of hotel is great for people who wants to have more calm atmosphere than in the main building. By the way very good quality of manicure, a that is rare to find. Takes time but worth it 100%. Cool bar with view, a cocktails and intertainment. I have forgotten my belongings in the room and they were sent directly home. Service was great! The only thing to improve is Internet connection in room.

This place is so family friendly and children oriented, yet also maintains a truly luxury feel for adults, which is very impressive. This is especially true of the restaurants which all served exceptional food. The Family Acqua Park was a huge hit, and the wood-panelled room very attractive. It was surprisingly difficult to find clear information, for a place running so many activities. Shuttle runs and times aren't written down anywhere, many facilities we only noticed because we happened to walk past them (and the place is so huge that that wasn't a given). An information booklet in the room would go a long way. Our confusion might partly have been a language barrier as there weren't many other English speaking guests.

The availability of the nearby medical center, quick checkup and prescription for us was a plus. Outstanding help by the receptionist Magdalena, thank you again. Valet service top. All was well. As a guest of course, you could think of a less crowded period (full house?). Keep in mind: this is a huge complex, with 3-4 linked hotels, with all the pro's and con's.
