Great place to stay! Close to the beach, restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!

The pool area is way too small. There was a large party that booked the units around the pool area. We tried to use the pool a couple times but they totally took over the pool. Loud music, chairs lined up all the way around the pool, and stayed up partying really late. I think they thought they booked the pool with their units and no one was able to use it. Their younger children were really rude also.

We did not get to stay because of booking over sold their property. But…… I would book again if they did have an availability just because of their customer service. They personally called me to let me know what happened. They apologized repeatedly. Probably the best customer service I’ve had and I’ve never even stayed there. (lol)

Clean and had everything we needed including beach towels!

Great location Photos showed seating/grilling outside our bungalow but there was no access to it without walking around the building.

We loved the proximity to Sunset Beach and St. John's Pass. Judi was phenomenal and always had fresh towels ready with a smile. Fully stocked with dishes, utensils and even a corkscrew. Outdoor seating areas were charming. Although the bed was comfortable, my husband is a large man and the wood slots under the mattress creaked every time he rolled over. We left for the airport at 4:30 am and someone was parked next to our car rental with their car door open, smoking weed and drinking. Thankfully the grounds are well lit.

Very very clean. Spotless. very quiet location. Pool very nice - spotless & very warm. No safe in the room to store passport/ travel documents etc.

The location and room were very nice. The office staff was very courteous and attentive. Loved having really hot water for our showers A larger bathroom/shower. Not having people partying until 1-2am right outside our door

The property manager is simply amazing! Personable and hard working. She would ask if we needed anything before we needed to request. We’ve been going here for years and will continue to return. I can’t say enough about property manager! I would suggest higher locks on doors to prevent children from getting out to pool.

The bed in room 9 was to low to the ground and was hard to get out of As well, the rooms we stayed in this has been the least one I would stay in again

The staff, location and room were great. Some residents invited their local family to take over the property. They were celebrating the fourth and birthday. There was over 30 people there and they took over the barbecue area and grills. They were nice enough, just everywhere and no one else could use anything. They were not even guests.

The location is simply great ! It was all okay basically but the bed mattresses were not fit (= bathtubs), and there is not a wow factor inside and it's a bit cramped all.

Property was clean, short walk to the beach and John’s pass. Overall wonderful stay

The location was superb walking distance to a beautiful beach. I don’t think it’s the fault of the property more than the angle in which the pictures were taking which are a bit deceiving nevertheless it was very clean comfortable but very tight and space I think also that it did not tell me that I was getting the 450 foot room until I had already paid for The property.

Liked the pool area . Was clean looked very nice. Only that at night the out side lights where very bright at night was coming in windows was still bright with blinds closed. On outside of unit # 2 light facing the grill and patio area . Maybe needs some curtains to block the windows at night

Great location, can walk to the beach directly across the street. The staff was available and very helpful. The pool service man came at noon, while we were swimming and had us get out of the pool. He started putting chemicals in before everyone was out and said he didn’t get there on that morning so he had to do it then. Told us we would have to wait an hour to swim. We asked him to put up a sign so others would know but he said he didn’t have one.
