The hotel is a historic fixture in the area, dating back to 1915. The building is full of charm and old Florida style and felt welcoming and cozy. The rooms are clean and comfortable and have the right amount of amenities to make your stay great. The breakfast is good and made fresh daily. Sitting in the dining room and looking around made one wonder who else in the last 115 years sat in this same room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with our original room and the staff handled it quickly. The surrounding area is easy to get around in and you’re minutes from lots of interesting local restaurants and the beach. My wife and I loved this hotel and will definitely come back again. If you like historic buildings and old Florida style, then the Crystal Bay is just what you need!

This sweet and quaint hotel was absolutely wonderful! I loved how exceptionally clean the rooms were, and the thoughtful little gift was such a lovely touch—especially for my child who truly appreciated it! The breakfast was delicious and offered a wonderful variety of options, including plenty of healthy choices. I also loved the games and books available for the whole family to enjoy. We truly enjoyed our stay, and my family and I look forward to visiting this charming hotel again!

The staff was very friendly and polite. Check in and check out very easy. No keys needed all done by code from your phone messages. Breakfast was better than any other place we have ever stayed. Real glass plates and bowls, not paper and the quality of the free breakfast was great. Will stay aga8n and again.
