Unique property and great host!

Beautifully designed room on top of an art gallery. Just three rooms there altogether. The room was huge with a very cool bathroom and offered air conditioning. Location is on one of the main streets in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence and easy walk to restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Breakfast was very good and Olivier was helpful and delightful. Would happily stay again! My only wish was for blackout curtains!

Central location, very cool to have an art gallery on the first floor, impeccable, clean, modern yet traditional, bright, plenty of space and character, we would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends. Oliver was the most gracious and accommodating host, we also very much enjoyed breakfast and conversation with other guests. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

The host was very charming and helpful. The property is pet friendly and our dog was made very welcome. The room was basic but spotless. The location is in the middle of old town, surrounded by restaurants, galleries and charming shops. Breakfast was delicious with excellent coffee. Nothing

It locates in the right center of the old town. Very convenient. Once Olivier helped to figure out where to get free parking, everything became so breezy. Breakfast was excellent. Olivier was very helpful. None

The three rooms are in the upstairs of an art gallery and have lovely art themselves, including the walls themselves. And the owner was very friendly and helpful. If you love art, this is a great place to stay

The breakfast was the best!!!

The town vibe and restaurants are the best. The host is super friendly. You can clearly hear the noise from the street. But more wine can solve the problem:)

We love the super cool vibe of Le Regardeur. Art everywhere, cool jazz playing, breakfast in the art gallery. Fantastic!! Olivier is a warm and gracious host. We really enjoyed chatting with him.

Loved the hosts and the art gallery setting. Breakfast was delicious and nicely presented. Limited storage and places to put things a woman needs.

The location in St Remy was excellent. Our host Olivier provided an excellent breakfast & dining & other local recommendations. The inn is part of an art gallery and each room is unique. Our room had an excellent shower, well-placed outlets and great AC, which we needed as there was a heat wave. We highly recommend! A small cooler in the room would be nice but we were able to keep medicine in the inn refrigerator.

A little small in the room

To have breakfast in an art gallery was amazing! Fresh food from the market every day. Homemade jam was delicious! We loved everything!

We love the location of this hotel and our room which overlooked a courtyard. We loved the breakfast each morning and talking to interesting people and we loved our host Olivier. He is the consummate professional and very kind and caring. This hotel is actually located within an art museum. We thought that would probably be kind of interesting. We did not know this at the time, but the art rotates in and out throughout the year as they feature different artists. All the art pieces are for sale. Many of them thousands of dollars. This was significant in our case first, because the artist during our stay had a lot of dark creepy pieces of art in the form of sculptures mostly and some other types of art. We thought the art was nightmarish and scary looking. While we support an artist’s , creative freedom, we felt surrounded by art that made us feel uncomfortable. Interestingly, the day we left, they put in new art, and it was beautiful and cheerful, and filled with a summer vibe. We also want to warn families that this would probably not be a good location to bring children. The art museum is set up so that you can actually walk right up and touch the pieces of art, and there was a piece of art outside of our door that we accidentally bumped into and damaged. Fortunately, our insurance paid for the damage, but it was still incredibly upsetting. There were also valuable pieces of art inside of our room, which we were not happy about either. We are quiet and clean, but we felt uneasy just trying to make sure we didn’t bump into the sculptures in our room. Also, before you book a room, you should ask which room you’re going to get and for them to send you pictures of that room. Or at least verify that the pictures you’re looking at online are going to be of the room you’ll have. We did not even think to do this, but our room was filled with a lot of very dark and grotesque art, including a mural that featured a lot of different sickening violent sexual images. And there was nudity everywhere and it wasn’t featured in a very positive light. There were paintings of people having sex on murals inside the wardrobe.
