Location was excellent, adjacent to heart of old Saint Remy. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Room was in excellent condition and very well appointed. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast facilities and offerings were excellent. Would have preferred walk-in shower in bathroom instead of tub. Could have had more storage space for clothing, such as chest of drawers.

Never been to Provence, location on St. Remy wall was perfect for seeing all of Provence in 4 days, town itself is adorable --- wednesday morning town market is something I will remember rest of my life. Facility is first rate (including spa/restaurant and rooftop bar!), most of all, staff is extremely hospitable willing to help us with everything from restaurant reservations to learning how to start a hybrid european car! Would stay there again and recommend to fellow American travelers (best of six places we stayed on 3 week European trip). Tub could be one inch wider!

WAS THE BEST LODGING EXPERIENCE DURING MY TRIP TO FRENCH RIVIERA AND PROVENCE THE COST WAS QUITE HIGH BUT IT WAS DEFINITELY A 5 STAR EXPERIENCE

Fabulous restaurant and hotel staff! Lovely grounds and great location. Room was a bit small and dysfunctional. The shower had a malfunctioning and unsecured glass window to shield water from reaching the floor. Unfortunately, the frame around the glass had sharp edges and the tub was without a railing. Getting in and out of the shower was tricky.

The breakfast was convenient but expensive

The staff truly shine at this hotel. At every level, the staff are exceptional in helping, advising, meeting our needs and striving to make the stay as positive as possible. Everyone is so cheerful!
-
location and ambiance Not enough creamer left in room daily for coffee and gym is too small

Location , privacy and charm Room was great but would prefer a different location not near restaurant and staff going by .

The breakfast was lovely - beautiful room with many delicious choices and friendly, helpful service. Our room was comfortable and quiet - a bit on the small side for us so next time we would book a slightly higher category. We loved the location and walked into town for dinners and the amazing market. Staff was so helpful - it really feels like a family hotel and we were happy to have stayed here on our first trip to St Remy and Provence. Honestly, nothing comes to mind - as I said, we would probably book a bigger room next time but we loved the hotel and the location and the town!

Staff were excellent - exceptionally polite and welcoming. Room was comfortable and well appointed. I particularly appreciated the Dyson hairdryer - so frequently hotel hairdryers are difficult to use and badly positioned. Lovely turndown service.
-
A luxury hotel in the heart of St Remy that does not feel pretentious but provides an outstanding experience

Charming hotel in a provencal style. I particularly enjoyed the terrace where they serve all meals. Good addition to have little things to eat, out of the normal hours. Friendly helpful staff. The village is small but cute and with very good restaurants.

The pool The breakfast was absolutely terrible, particularly at the cost of 35 euros! The scrambled eggs were totally dry and cold as if sitting there for days. The pastries were the same - not a decent croissant or pain au chocolates in sight. We have been spending six weeks in Provence and Southern Italy and appreciate it when a hotel has a good breakfast - le St. Remy does not!

Location with pool Charges for parking.

Great breakfast! Clean, comfortable, and well-appointed rooms. Wonderful patio/outdoor space for chatting with friends.

The location Very dated in the hall and bedroom
-
Breakfast was very good ! The bed was comfortable. Drinks and food very expensive but that is 5* . The hotel location was perfect you could walk easily to town to shop or eat. The quilt on the bed was too hot but they kindly changed it for blankets

Wonderful stuff.

Service was great, very flexible to our needs, breakfast was excellent, clean rooms and property, showers nice as well. The pictures are a lot nicer than actual property - more luxurious in the photos. Strange bedroom African-like decor with one wall painted black. Smaller room than expected. Would have been nicer to keep it simple like the exterior and photos of the hotel, it didn’t match at all with the photos and because of this the price doesn’t warrant it.
