the hotel has a unique architecture and the gardens are amazing Service in general is not in line with the prestige of the property . It's a pity that this unique site is not getting the service level it deserves . The staff don't understand anything about luxury hospitality .

- The overall location/setting - The room and its awesome view - The friendless of the staff - The calmness/quiet - The ultra-efficient concierge service - The local production (vegetables, olive oil, wine…) - The food at the main restaurant as there were not too many options. - The breakfast. In the price paid some more extra things should have been included (e.g. eggs or omelet) - The service at all 3 restaurants could be improved
-
The only issue is that the resort is not easily accessible to strollers.

The grounds are beautiful and our room and the garden that went with it very nice. The welcome was excellent and the two meals we ate there were both delicious, although the waiting staff seemed untrained. We especially enjoyed Le Plantane Restaurant which was in a great place with a good price, food and service. The swimming pool is also very nice and in a beautiful spot. We only ate one breakfast there as it was not up to expectations for the price. which was extra. In our room, whenever someone got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, the lights in the bathroom came on automatically with a motion detector which disturbed the other person who was sleeping --- and the toilet makes a noise as well when it automatically opens. There should be an option for an alcoholic welcome drink rather than just lemonade.

The location and outside spaces are wonderful. We were upgraded to a larger room which a bonus. The staff were all excellent both attentive and helpful. The hotel doesn't seem to know what it is trying to provide. We were greeted by our own "butler" who gave us a tour of the property but missed out many of the key features and seemed unduly focused on promoting "a romantic picnic". Nowhere on the hotel was there a clear guide which listed all the facilities and how to access them. Having a personal butler and then charging 28 euro for breakfast and an extra charge for eggs seemed incongruous. The breakfast was not good value compared to other hotels we enjoyed on this stay. Many features of the hotel seemed to promote style over substance e.g. the huge blue outdoor sofa which was both uncomfortable and a blotting paper for rain which took much longer than the other furniture to dry out. The bedroom sink with only cold water (not easy to shave) the Plantagne Restaurant the menu for which was most basic.

Very nice property, they upgraded me to a beautiful suite so I was very happy. Beautiful grounds, nice breakfast, nice pool areas. Dinners could have been better as I ate both nights at the property
