Front desk person was very hospitable. Overall our experience was great

The staff was excellent but the room smelled like urine. The staff tried to accommodate me,but there were no extra room available that day.

The rooms were very nice and clean. I wanted to buy a cup of decaf coffee, but they were out. That’s the only bad thing I encountered. When I checked in, the girl on the front desk wouldn’t acknowledge me until I asked for help. I was the only one there. She just looked at me and didn’t seem to be present, very irritating.

The hotel was clean and my room was clean and everything worked correctly. I loved that there is Starbucks in the lobby! Did not love the $6 bottle of water in the room😂 To me, that is not a “service”.😂 Overall, it was a pleasant hotel experience

Hotel was clean. Would have liked for the restaurant to be open a little more. The AC was broken in the common areas, but the room AC was great.

Lay out of the room. Bed was comfortable Central air was not working and we were not told that at check in. No continental breakfast. hbo was not working

This hotel is very convenient to the marine base, however it needs an upgrade. The bed was very uncomfortable and check in was painfully slow.

they charge you for parking three dollars per night to park your car in the parking lot. There’s no complementary waters. they charged you six dollars for one bottle of water.
