Direct access to beach. Clean and amazing facilities. Nearby the market. Nothing.

The magic is the quality of the staff. Truly a great team led by an excellent Manger.

The location is great, right next to the beach. The pool area is super and is not overcrowded, also I liked that there are 2 pool bars so no queues over there. The options for breakfast were superb and the food was good. My room was very nice and cozy and the aircon was actually working :) There could be at least one blanket in the room for the bed. The light switches in the room could be simpler. I never really understood how they work :)

The staff were amazing in every respect, from the cleaners to the manager, nothing was too much trouble I mean nothing. A special thanks to Stella on reception, Antonio's at the restaurant and pool bar, chef Dimitris, and the manager. Absolutely amazing. There is nothing here. The hotel had a few minor finishing touches to sort, but it does not affect the stay at all.

The prices of drinks during dinner. I understand that it cannot be the same price as the store across the street, but x5 more for visitors that paid for breakfast and dinner was too much. Some kind of lower price for visitors that pay half board would be nice.

I was very satisfied with my stay at Zephyros. Our room was modern, bright and clean and we had an incredible view across the pool and out to sea. Our cleaner cleaned the room daily...and every day we had bottled water which was a nice touch. All staff were pleasant and couldn't do enough to help...which was same across the resort. The hotel was in a great location with everything on your doorstep. The reason I rated a 9 and not 10 for 2 reasons.... the prices at pool bar and charging for sunbeds on beach. The drinks and food were excessive and hardly any guests were using. Also sunbeds 12 euro for 2beds and umbrella, which was the highest cost. I'd have expected them to be free or at least discounted for hotel guests. That said I would definitely return and recommend to others.

The updated rooms were small, but clean. The property is on a nice beach and walking along a main strip with many shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. The common areas are dated and the buffet is cafeteria style, service and food poor. No seasonal fruit except for apples, pears and slices oranges IN CRETE unheard of! The sunbeds on beach had a charge 13Euros a day, plus the snacks and drinks all overpriced for guests! Wifi poor most days, and daily charge for old room safe with key.

The hotel was nice! Very good location and fantastic position to the golden sandy beach. It was clean , with nice garden. We have enjoyed the stay pretty much! We stayed in late June and the weather was fantastic. The cafe inside the hotel was really good one. Seabeds were cost 12euro for all day. Nothing

Ovarall, the location has a huge turistic potential. I liked the most the sandy beach of the resort, the windy sea coast tending to form waves and the pools located just în front of the rooms, very close to the sea. I also appreciated a lot the wellcomming and helpfull staff of the hotel wishing to offer you their best, all the time. breakfast could have provided more food diversity

Location was fab Sea view rooms was a lovely view. Beds were comfy. Staff were polite. Breakfast wasn’t as expected for a boutique hotel … the times are very short 0730 to 1000 .. if you arrived at 0935 it felt rushed to get out. Small selection of hot food options, very limited fresh juice was provided. The hotel site is spread out over a number of areas so could do with a map. Paying extra for safe when staying for a week… Paying extra for beach as hotel guest … we then didn’t use this as once you added drinks it was expensive.

Friendly staff. Clean. Prime Location. Pool is great! Outdated rooms, old furtniture, technical problems. (last night the AC and fridge didnt work, even tho all windows were closed) hotel is a complex of buildings, make sure youre in the main building. none tells you that. breakfast is 5/10.
