One night stay - close to campus. Clean & staff was friendly.

The bathrooms had a strong unpleasant odor, the connecting door between the rooms was broken, and one of the refrigerators did not work at all. There was also no swimming pool, and the breakfast was far below what we would expect for a hotel charging nearly $500 per room per night. This was the most expensive hotel stay we have ever had, yet it offered the poorest value. We will definitely remember the name of this hotel and avoid staying here again. In our opinion, the accommodations and service were worth closer to $60 per night than the rate we paid.

Very clean, friendly & close to PSU.

This was more than adequate, very clean, comfortable beds and the staff was very friendly. Would love to come back and stay here if we could when visiting my daughter at Penn State.

nice place to stay when visiting State College for the Art Festival and local hiking in the area. nice rooms and helpful staff.

The service was spectacular!! The staff is so friendly, very helpful and professional. Breakfast was ok, wish there were hot options aside from waffles.Cleaning in hotel room bathroom needs to improve, found bobby pin behind door and hair in tub. Air vent in bathroom needs cleaned.

Great option for the area! Love that it’s across the street for the Penn State staple Waffle Shop! Room was super clean and had no issues!

One of the best stays in a hotel that we have had, especially for the price!

I needed a last-minute place in State College area, and this place had vacancies. It was a clean room and great place to stay! I would definitely return here again. Continental breakfast was very good and coffee suited my taste!

Engaging and friendly staff, great breakfast, roomy rooms...it's excellent and value priced.

Overall ok. Breakfast was just basically coffee, waffles, or muffins. Saw a pool in the pictures, were told by the receptionist that it was a picture from the old property, this one did not have a pool.

The front desk lady was very nice specially with very late arrival, she nades feel welcomed. The hotel is o.k not bad, iy coukd be better specially tge carpets but overall o.k. The room was clean, bedsheets cleaned and in good condition, The continental breakfast was included in our reservation. The hotel it is good for a short stay
