I wasn't too pleased about having to pay for parking and the pool area was a mess. No pool towels and lots of kids and empty pizza boxes everywhere. Other than that I had a great stay.

The hotel was good. It was clean but when we checked it we were not informed about the water leak. The hot water was shut off for most of the day. If we had been informed prior to getting in the pool would not have gotten in the pool or possibly not even checked in. Went to the front desk and the clerk was very rude and made jokes about not having hot water. He offered a free breakfast. Could care less about a free breakfast. The next morning went to talk to the manager Tammy. She listen to my concerns and was very empathetic. She apologized for the situation and made sure to coach her employee. I would go back if it wasn’t 3 hours away just because of Tammy.

The hotel had a problem with getting hot water to all of their rooms, so we had to switch rooms in order to be able to take a hot shower. The carpets in the rooms were soiled and need to be replaced

When I booked the reservation on Expedia, I was under the impression that we were to get breakfast. Also, I did not read anything that said we had to pay for parking. Other than that, Corrina at the bar was great to talk to and she was very helpful.

Amazing stay! We loved everything! Most enjoyable hotel experience and lovely staff! Just the best and will be back 💗

Hotel is a bit older. Bed needs to be replaced. Room was very clean! We had 3 dogs in a room near us who would bark. Contacted front desk. Dogs continued to bark.

Very convenient. The staff was friendly. The food at Harrison’s restaurant was very good. Our car battery died while we were there and the maintenance guy helped without hesitation to jump off the car so we could get it fixed. Recommend Napa auto parts in town and the garage behind it. Highly recommend this hotel since it’s just outside the downtown area, it’s quiet but not far to all the shops and ski lift area.

Very helpful staff, room was clean, parking on premises was without issue. A very nice stay for 3 days! Highly recommend this Holiday Inn!

In addition to no hot water, the fitted sheets on our bed didn’t fit and slid off each night while we slept. The faucet and shower head were very old and rusty in our room. We used the outdoor pool and hot tub once and it appeared as though they hadn’t been cleaned in days. They both had a ton of bugs and leaves floating around. I would not recommend this hotel to friends and family!

The hotel and staff were great and friendly. Only thing that I didn’t like was the hot water was more of a cool, Luke warm and ran out fast

Great hotel!

Great stay and great staff!

An old property that has had some updates like glue down carpet in the room, a tiny bathroom and an AC that woke us up every time it came on with its noise. I explained to the desk clerk that we wanted to use an American Express gift card on check out. He required another credit card. In the morning when we went to check out the morning desk clerk told me they charged my card at 3 am and could not accept my AMEX gift card. PLUS they added a $12 PARKING CHARGE which no one ever mentioned on check in. The restaurant and bar were empty at 6:30 pm and unacceptable. I would not go back.

Great stay

Please note: If booking online, they DO charge for parking ($15) as well as a $50 non-refundable pet deposit for furry friends. They do NOT have a continental breakfast. They do offer "kids eat free" breakfast coupon for eating at the attached restaurant .......(Though limited selection and of course with a paid adult meal) If I would have had the time to browse around online, I would have probably stayed somewhere with a dedicated continental b-fast and somewhere that I didn't have to pay additional money for parking. Not sure why they charge for parking?

Staff lied. Not flexible.

Clean facility

Front desk staff was extremely friendly. Good location for us and the room was clean.

Overall, the hotel was very nice. I did notice that there were a bunch of tiles on the outdoor pool that were missing. It was so obvious that it would be the first thing I fixed if I owned the place. Besides that, I thought it was very nice especially for the price point.

We had Robert check us in both stays. Superb to deal with. Super friendly and helpful. They are lucky to have him on staff. He made sure to accommodate our motorcycles under cover and provided us all types of recommendations and helped carry luggage to our room.
