Hotel Langgenhof

Fantastic staff! Really delicious food! They even catered some of the food we wanted. Carbonara is soooooo good, and not on the menu! Fantastic stay!

We loved the food, it’s high quality and versatile, aperitivo evening was also a nice experience organized by the hotel. Spa area is clean, very pleasant and relaxing. Shuttle service to ski lifts is quite convenient. Hotel in general is well equipped, rooms are nicely decorated with high quality wooden furniture. There are no sleepers in rooms. Some guests did not respect sauna etiquette (came dressed, talked loudly and brought children in sauna area) In our room, there was no privacy in bathroom (bathroom was open style, incl. shower area) It would be great if the hotel offered massage and other body treatments.

Location A bit expensive for the level

Clean, amenities, restaurant, quiet, free parking Too hot in summer months. No air circulation in room. Property would benefit from putting fans in each room.

The hotel is amazing, the food, facilities, especially the staff so friendly and kind. Definitely my favourite hotel. That I had to leave and go back to work

This property is simply outstanding! The location is great if you want to explore the dolomites, the food is delicious and the half-broad menu varies daily. The spa and pool facilities are very nice and the rooms are beautiful as well as thoughtfully designed. The best part of the trip though was given by the staff: everyone has been incredible, friendly and professional. Special thanks to miss Veronica who gave us the best tips to make the most out of our holiday, to the bartender who delighted us with the best drinks, and to Claudia who baked excellent apfel strudels! Truly, we had a great time at Langgenhof!

We enjoyed our stay very much - comfort, cleanliness, location, half board, pool, wellness. The whole staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially I would like to say hello to the waitress Veronika, who does her job exceptionally well.

The sauna area is really nice and with several types of saunas. The shuttle to the ski area was also very effective and comfortable. The room was also great and clean The swimming pool was too cold if you did not swim. Also the whirlpool area was only available outside and it was too cold to be able to use it. The staff at the reception was too rigid but precise. There was no possibility to have massages

The wellness area is amazing. You can relax after a long day in the mountains. It’s possible to send postcards at the reception. The breakfast is good. The wellness area closes at 8pm which is a bit early. There’s no hair conditioner and body cream in the room. Would be great to have water during the whole stay not just two bottles at the arrival. A tea kettle is nice to have as well for a 4stars mountain hotel.
