The location great not in town center Breakfast was great , waiters little to formal for first thing in morning. Staff very helpful when we had a problem with the rental car and our key cards. The lighting in bathroom can be more brighter

We spent the weekend here celebrating my daughter’s 21st birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make her feel special. The spa was brilliant — such a relaxing and luxurious experience. A truly memorable stay! Matthew, Natasha & Morne' - thank you for being so accommodating!

Excellent facilities, very good gym center, good restaurant and bar and a very good location to explore the area. The room is quite spacious and comfortable. And the hotel is quite charming.

Rooms were very spacious and the mattresses were extra comfy. Cleanliness is also better than expected. Finally the food and especially the breakfast is on another level. Minor issues like for example the location which is next to Brackenfell rather than close to Stellenbosch. Also, for those who love spending all day in the pool, there is not much space and the pool is a bit small

They are kind, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making your stay exceptional. Considering the quality of the place, the amenities, and the overall experience, the price is more than fair. We wholeheartedly recommend Hasendal Hotel and will absolutely return. The high voltage wires that cross part of the hotel parking lot and golf course. The location is not the best, just on the start of Stellenbosch.

The greeting was nice. Bathrooms were nice. Room gifts were thoughtful. The guest liaison called beforehand for arrangements and not 1 was carried out or seen to. Arrived to be told we could not be accommodated with our requests. Guest liaison did not call back to mention that.

This was one of the most incredible stays of my life. The facilities were absolutely gorgeous and well maintained and designed. Stunning surroundings and a world class roster of staff members who truly treat you like royalty. Nothing it was perfect.

Kids club on site, large rooms and nice garden areas Service is pretty basic, not a lot to write home about. No one answers the phone, food choices are pretty limited of travelling with kids.
