Very outdated hotel. Ac was half broken, the bedroom windows are facing the parking lot.

Timothy was so helpful and provided outstanding service. Our flight was canceled and he was so kind at checkin and recommend how we could spend the next day waiting for our flight. We stayed on the property after checking out and enjoyed the relaxing, comfortable areas in the bar, restaurant and pool. They even offered to store our luggage and let us use a shower facility before our late flight. Thank you!

Breakfast was convenient with a wide variety. View is spectacular. Check in was a breeze and staff on top of their stations. Cleanliness of shower floor and drain.

We had requested to have two rooms close together as we were a family of four staying two people in each room and wanted to be close to the kids. The hotel was able to accommodate that request and set us up perfectly with rooms that were connected by a entryway. One room had two beds and a bathroom, the other had a large bed, bathroom and living area. Perfect! The location is a bit out of the way and there really isn't anything close by so you have to drive if you want to go anywhere.

They messed up our booking blaming Booking.com. We had only 3 out of the 5 rooms we booked. Our other tour group members has to stay at another hotel at a much higher cost Some of the staff. The way they handled our matter. They were quick to blame booking.com

The Location is stunning. I requested a room with a view and this was arranged and we were allocated with a room upstairs that had a stunning view of the mountains and surrounding areas. A perfect position to enjoy the surrounds. The breakfast spread was fantastic and again the breakfast room was well positioned to appreciate the beautiful views. We would definitely stay here again. Loved it and the location. It was a great pity that the rooms balcony did not have a table and 2 chairs to sit and take in and appreciate the beautiful views. Suggestion for management: This would be a welcome addition.

The room was clean and positioned so well that my view was the wine farm across the fence. Breakfast was great. The staff members who were meant to be the waiters were very unwelcoming. The hotel didn't have a backup supply of water, jojo tanks or a borehole supplying the ablution areas. There was a burst pipe in the area, and it was a struggle to get water to flush.
