Good breakfast. Friendly staff

The bathroom had a sewer oder, the microwave and refrigerator were located in an inconvenient place, and the TV wasn’t working. I had to call the desk to tell them the cable wasn’t turned on. There were many smokers near the door and the smell permeated into my room.

Excellent all round!

Excellent stay for visiting family and sightseeing in Washington D.C. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was plentiful and it was a nice, convenient location. A great value for what you pay.

Stayed here 4 nights while visiting relatives in Ashburn. Excellent location to shopping and grocery. Near train into DC. Breakfast was great! The room was "eh" The carpet gave me an unclean feeling, but I liked the fluffy pillows. I didn't like the motel style setting, but at least the parking was right in front of our room. Will stay here again because of the good location and good rates.

Air conditioning is working properly and rooms looks pretty old. Didn’t like at all

Good breakfast options

We had to wait too much at the airport for the shuttle which belonged to a nearby hotel. We needed the shuttle at 4 AM to return to the airport, which then was the hotel’s shuttle, but we were offered a snack for breakfast when we checked in the night before, and there was no one in the morning to give us anything. The area was awful.

The customer service was great!

We stayed here because it was close to the airport. But it’s more like a motel with the doors opening to the outside and we were on the second floor- lugging our suitcases upstairs at 1AM. No elevator. Cheap, convenience, and clean.

I had a very good stay. I found it quiet, clean and the breakfast had plenty of options.

This is our go-to lodging for flying into or out of IAD. It’s consistently good; the staff, room, breakfast, and shuttle are always dependable. Keep up the good work!

Helpful staff, very good breakfast, clean room

Maintenance guy not great. Maids some helpful, others not. I asked one to change trash bags, she took the trash but didn't put new ones, so later on, I asked another one to do it. every time you flush the toilet, I heard a weird noice. I felt I was in a motel, not hotel. The only ones that I can give 5 stars to are the shuttle drivers. Frigerator was on off when I arrived. Rooms look very old and very small. I will definitely not go back there.

Liked the shuttles to and from the airport; it made access to the metro very convenient. Cable didn’t work and the staff were just a notch above unfriendly.

Conveniently located with outstanding front desk staff. Easy to get to Dulles or Auburn or Reston close access to major freeways.
