Booked this online, the staff completely denied us at the front desk because no one had a physical card. We had to book this last minute and through apple pay, we even had the exact card used to purchase it in Apple Pay along with the numbers but apparently that wouldn’t suffice. We had to struggle to find another hotel and go through an entire process to get it refunded

The place had a lower staff number I’m assuming. There was no housekeeping or Mantence in the evening. I had to change my owe sheets, get my own towels and plunge my own toilet

Generally clean and well maintained. Ample parking. Good location with easy access to the interstate. Some staff were not particularly friendly. Room was not made up during the stay. Only additional towels were offered.

Very clean hotel and rooms. Breakfast every morning and fresh coffee all day. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The parking lot is more than sufficient. They have a snack center onsite and the location is walking distance to McDonald’s with a Wendy’s across the street. I would stay here again, not one issue!

The hotel was nice, and the room itself was comfortable. The only issue I had was housekeeping. My room wasn't cleaned daily, and I didn't receive fresh towels or a made bed unless I suppose to asked. I'm not sure if that's the hotel's policy or if it was an oversight, but it would have made the stay much better if that had been explained at check-in. Overall, it was a good stay, but the housekeeping experience could definitely be improved.

I LOVE EVERYTHING about this property! Definitely my go-to when I am in Stockbridge. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is always on point! I love the location and as a security company CEO in NC and GA, I love the safety of the property. I just wish the bathroom lighting was a lot brighter, or had an additional light in it, for women who do their hair and make-up.
