The breakfast was exceptional and the staff kept everything clean and stocked. The hotel itself and room was clean. The beds are firmer than I prefer, but overall I enjoyed my stay. It was located near places to eat and shops but tucked away from the noise from traffic. I definitely recommend the stay! Firmness of mattress (personal preference, not for everyone)

The property was staffed with beautifully kind brown people. The space was comfortable & clean! The pool area was clean as well. Staff checked on you as you passed the front desk. There was a microwave & fridge in the room which was a plus! My son didn’t like that one morning only one waffle batter was available as to its normal two. Lol

Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast was delicious. Close to many restaurants. Can hear people in the other rooms but that’s normal in a hotel.

Staff, grounds and hotel room all exceeded my expectation. When attending a concert in Stockbridge, I will definitely book a room with Hampton/Hilton.🤗

I loved my stay here! I even used the pool which was heated. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was actually my favorite! The best hotel breakfast I have had to date and it was included with the room rate. I needed to stay an additional night for an emergency car repair. They wereeel unable to match the rate on Booking.com. They also don't convert points for your stay if you book from an alternative travel app. Please think about converting the points or price match guarantee.
