Room was clean, parking is good, but not enough towels in room

Room was clean, parking is good but the ac was not woeking correctly.

Service..hidden little gem Ice maker down

We have always favored this hotel the most out of the 3 you can choose from off the freeway on Waterloo! It is secure,clean and always very comfortable. There has not ever been negative incident! Only thing we would say could make the stay here better, would be if they started serving breakfast again! COVID has ruined that part of the stay at Waterloo Inn other than that We give it 5 stars! -Sarah M That they don't serve breakfast no more, we loved that there was always so many options full breakfast bar! Waffles or cereal or oatmeal with fruit and muffins and milk an orange juice and coffee! They should bring that back!

No breakfast, no amenities I could see. We spent the least amount of time there we could. Wouldn’t really recommend it.

Very unexpected surprise of not having a refrigerator in my room but saw one in another room.. very frustrating.. will NEVER stay there again.

The entrance is in the side instead of the front.

It’s convenient it’s right off the freeway 99 and close to gas stations and Starbucks. The entrance is in the side instead of the front.
