At the time of reservation it said breakfast is included but it was not, so that was a bummer

Our room was very clean and cooled upon arrival. The front desk staff Jeremiah and manager Alisha were exceptional with every we asked for (extra pool towels etc). You will be very happy with staying here.

I liked how clean it was there and how friendly the staff was. My rooms A/C wasn't working correctly so it did get a little to warm

The check in staff was super friendly. The room and hallways were very clean. Quiet and family friendly. Great location for Cuyahoga Falls National Park and close to lots of dinner options. Close to a WalMart so we could restock snacks and toiletries on our adventure! Great stay for us! Thank you!

Staff Friendly, they did good even when you could tell they were short staffed. The window was missing a latch at the bottom which made it sound like it was part way open and road noise seemed pretty loud at times, but not a deal breaker. Parking was good. Location was easy to find and close to food, gas, etc, Thank you
