Very reasonable and the staff was great A little noisy in the evening on my floor

I would have liked a comfortable place to sit to watch tv other than the bed. I also would have appreciated a table and chair to be a more comfortable place to sit and eat.

This location probably rents you local residents weekly. Smelled like food was always cooking. The room itself was okay could have been cleaner. Mirror and the bathroom could have been better. The hallways, elevator and entry area could have been cleaned up and painted. The cooking smell is terrible. I realized people need a place to live. But people cooking in the rooms and if smelling up the entire floor was bad.

Was good but no proper towels, iron and hair dryer. Must have these I was travelled for attend the wedding I need those very frequently but the staff was very helpful and provided me right away

Location Window shade was broken allowing property’s security light in the room all night light an airport. Dog barking cross the hall. No water when we got up the next morning. Door had a 1/4 inch crack where you could see outside on the hall. Bathtub filthy. No shampoo. No breakfast. We received an email while on the road that some services are no longer available due to “Covid”??? What does that have to do with today!?

Bathroom sink and shower deeds replaced.. Will never book at this place again.. if we had an option to go elsewhere when we saw all this we would of left but it was Twins day festival and no rooms were available at a different hotel..

Doors don’t lock with key card staff have to open and close doors

Absolutely nothing Dirty outdated junkies running around, dogs barking all hours of night

The most comfortable bed i ever slept in. The sheets and blankets were soft fluffy and cozy. The hotel was very quiet. I soaked in the bathtub....so relaxing. I wish I could live there (: I liked everything. Great value! Good sleep! And they left the light on for us

I smelled bleach inside the room Room was cleaned, but I smell bleach and had trouble sleeping with this smell

The staff was all very kind to us!they allow pets which is really nice! Laundry area was clean, my room was very clean and smelled good, air conditioning was amazing!staff was very accommodating! The toilet had issues flushing which was annoying...would only flush once every few uses

The outside of the property appeared orderly and it was pet friendly. Although the lobby area was clean, once you entered the hallway it was a different story. The carpets and walls were dirty. There was a bucket in the hallway to catch water from a leak in the ceiling (first floor). The room stunk like pet urine and vomit. The smell was intolerable. There were bugs in the room on the floor near the baseboards and behind the fridge. We were unable to stay due to the conditions. We checked out and went to a different hotel. The front desk attendant was friendly, but the conditions were horrible.

We don't normally complain but this hotel was completely run down and needs major repair and updates. Walking to our room had the smelliest hallway and absolutely disgusting elevator. Outer doors are not locked for safety whatsoever. Our room floor were dirty and had smashed holes in floor. The family of owners were very nice. Had 1 small bar of soap to shower with, thin towels, and doors to rooms were very loose. These people need to update and learn to run a safe reliable place to stay. Druggies were in and out of this hotel. Will never book here again.
