Very nice, helpful staff, quiet stay. Air conditioning wasn’t working very well but other than that it was a nice stay.

Had a great time, came and stayed two days as a surprise trip for my 2 boys to go to the big ass stadium tour with jelly and posty, location was great, staff was great, my youngest loved the pool. Breakfast was good, will be back to stay if we are in the location again.

Gym could be maintained better. Room was clean and felt fresh. Staff was quick to check us in. I would definitely return to this hotel. Great value for price.

The front desk lady named Monica. refused to let us I have our room. So I wasted a hundred and sixty dollars plus I didn't get my $50 deposit back. All because I was talking to my girlfriend and she thought I was talking to her. And that was not the case. Would not recommend anybody staying there. They raised their rates really high. For no apparent reason, just because they can every time i've stayed there, I never got my deposit back even though sometimes when I go there, there wouldn't be a deposit.Which was really confusing to me?And that's why she wouldn't let us book our room because I was saying how I never go my deposit back from the other times I stayed

We really enjoyed our stay . The breakfast was excellent both days we had it..We really enjoyed the pool didnt have that strong chlorine smell to it. Staff was all very nice .Room was clean.

Overall, the hotel is great, but some things need to be taken care off like the shower tubs are getting clogged. I been in this hotel more than 10 times during last 4 months, I'm noticing the water keep taking longer to be drain no matter what floor you're staying in.

There were stains all over the room (we think hair dye), the curtains were broken/ falling off their hooks, and there was no way to close them to block out the light without covering the AC vents, but the beds were very comfortable and the lady at the check in late at night was super nice and helpful.

Nothing lmao Room was dirty as hell . Dusty , stain on the bed and food beside the dresser. Walking to our room there was bags of trash on the floor. On top of seeing employees drink on the job . I called down to the desk when i was there twice to complain because we also saw a roach. nobody answered just to go down and see the big lady sitting behind the desk on her phone. The front desk general manager told me I would receive a refund later ignored me for days straight. After I got home she hung up on me told me im not getting my refund

Unable to get housekeeping to make the bed on a daily basis. Also couldn’t get housekeeping to leave coffee cups or K cups in the room.

Always have issues with the pool and elevators. Normally shut down or not working

Initial thought was thay it looked like a very nice place. The front desk staff were nice. Within 15 minutes of checking in, someone knocked on the door and barged in with a key. A man asked if we just checked in amd then left. The lady at the front desk advised it was housekeeping, saying that he heard a noise or noise complaint, so was checking. The pool was very large, though people were outside with the door being propped open. The hotel was quite loud.
