The staff were great, really close to the skiing.

I stayed in one of the chalets with its private sauna and fireplace. It’s an amazing place, super modern and has everything one needs. Breakfast was served to the room (off season) and super delicious It’s a very small note and not a complaint, rather a tiny hint to improve: it would’ve been nice to have a list of what’s served for breakfast to be able to decide what exactly one wants, just to reduce food waste I addition I stayed 5 nights and would’ve liked the bedsheets to be changed once during the stay

Great location, delicious food, friendly staff, comfortable rooms with great view We thought it was quite expensive for what it was…rooms were comfortable but bathroom quite basic..and no tea/coffee facilities in room. Also no pool

Breakfast was excellent and catered for all our needs. The fresh bread was especially delicious. Nothing

The location in Stuben is great if your focus is on skiing. The reason we booked Mondschein was because we stayed there three years ago and our stay back then was really good. But… A few things missing in the room in the Chalet. No Remote for the TV in the bedroom, a faulty lamp not working and the bunkbed (could work for children) is not a full size bed. Not really for adults even though sold with that intention. The first day we did not get breakfast for all persons, had to notify and chase. The dinner was at best ok, significantly less quality compared to three years ago. We had to pay for the tap water one evening when we did not order wine. Small things like this really take the score down and causes annoyance, especially since breakfast and dinner are included but apparently that does not include tap water.

Nice staff, big rooms in Chalet and super elevator to ski slope. This hotel was more expensive than comfortable. The room in the old part of Hotel was small and for sure didn't meet 4 star room requirements and size.

The personnel is outstanding. They are kind, knowledgeable and always ready to help. Location and room were very good. Ski depot are is good We spent 7 days. Food served for dinners was a disaster. No appetizers, no fish. We had salad from an underwhelming salad bar (with 5-6 choices), a main dish, and dessert. No choice for the main dish (except meat or vegetarian), no choice for the dessert. To add insult to injury, the food was bad and in the best case tasteless. The sauna area is acceptable but soap was missing, one sauna room was dark for the whole period we were there., water was collecting in one of the showers

This place is perfect for a couple getaway. Close to the hiking trails, it provides all necessary facilities for a rest afterwards. The room has a spacious balcony with a view at the valley. The staff is exceptionally helpful and kind. Very much recommended! --

The chalet was very charming. It was wonderful to have our own sauna and fireplace. The small kitchen was also a plus for cooking something in the evening. The chalet/room is definitely spacious enough. The view was amazing as well! We were very satisfied with our stay, and the communication with Nadja was excellent. The only point of criticism we have is that the breakfast could have been more varied. Since the hotel was closed, we couldn’t have a breakfast buffet. Instead, breakfast was delivered to the chalet each morning, which was actually really nice! However, it was the same breakfast every day, so a bit more variety would definitely add extra points!

We had a very nice weekend escape in the Mondschein Chalet. Nadja, our contact person, was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, with a great mountain view, very comfortably filled with all you needed. The sauna in the room was a nice plus and the breakfast brought everyday was the cherry on top. You have to keep in mind that during off-season there is not much you can do around, but that is definitely to be expected (as the name suggests) and great for some time off.
