Nobody at the breakfast room showed me where my assigned table was located or table assignments for breakfast and later on some staff showed up and did not acknowledge me and check or explain what was available, etc. They just ignored me.

The views from the balconies Next to a pub that rock n rolled until 230am

Friendly staff. Nice onsite restaurant. Comfortable blankets. While I had a view of the mountains (not a must but nice plus) I also had direct views of what seemed like another apartment. The balcony was facing a narrow walkway which other people seemed to use for smoking.

Room size was good Clean room and toilet No air conditioning although it was mentioned in the booking They said when we arrived that they have cooling system but there was no cooling system or air conditioning and the whether was really hot in summer No refrigerator in the rooms Not allowed to take food from the resturant to the room. Need to eat down in the resturant not in the room !!!

The rooms are good and the hotel is nice with lots of parking area There is no coffee machine, water heater, or refrigerator in the room. No housekeeping after 5

The view from the panoramic room is amazing. The room feels modern and clean. Good breakfast, with enough choices. Great location for visiting nearby areas. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel. The reception feels a bit messy and some of the carpets in the hallway are also a bit dusty and can give the wrong impression.

Very clean, comfortably furnished, quiet, nice breakfast Showercabin needed a minor update, that was all. Everything else was superb.
