The staff was very pleasant. All amenities were great. ⛔️Security was a huge issue for me⚠️ Outside door lock was only a turnkey doorknob‼️It was loose and even though I propped a chair under it. I felt so unsafe it ruined my stay! How is this allowed??? The rooms are on “street”, so should have at least a deadbolt or something?! Even low level motel rooms in buildings have more security!! Won’t be staying there alone again, sadly it’s a decent place except for that huge issue…

The staff was courteous and friendly. The room was nice and clean with small fridge, microwave, TV and WiFi. The road noise was a little loud, but I was tired and ready for sleep! Overall, a great place to stay! I would recommend this motel. Road noise was a little loud.

Great value for money and to to be honest, our room was absolutely spotless, which I’m aware contradicts some older reviews. A language barrier due to owner’s limited English.

Very convenient and we stayed there before. The rooms could use some updating. The top of the fridge had crumbs on it and there was some cheese or something in the microwave. There was duct tape on the carpet to join 2 areas together.

Great location and very affordable Three day stay and we were never offered more towels or a room cleaning. Trash cans were full on day two. There was no rubber mat at the door for the inside for our snow covered boots so the carpet got wet every time we entered the room. We had to chip out a big patch of ice in front of our room.

Fridge and microwave were clean and worked perfectly. The TV was in good condition and we had a lot of viewing choices. We were right beside McDonald’s and it was noisy. We had no Wifi. A/C was noisy.

good practical and comfortable

It's clean The fact that I couldn't extend my stay or have an hour to pack. Other then management my stay was ok
-
Breakfast was not provided My stay was as expected
-
Clean quiet Little pricey and the no cancellation clause. Had to ask for receipt

It was cleaner than a lot of motels I've stayed in over the last couple of years. Needs some upgrades although it was comfortable for the most part.... I didn't like that the first time we went to the washroom we had to call the front desk for bathroom tissue.. Our room was much more expensive than all the other family members we were travelling with. (We were there for a Family Celebration of Life for our Father) and traveled 5 hours....

very clean. Very kind and helpful staff I wish it was closer to where I was staying. It’s not their fault at all.

A simple motel, good price, good location to restaurants and the main highway. The room was clean and cared for. Not a splashy place, but I was on a limited budget and needed open ended timeline. I'd go back.

Clean. Good bed.

Based on the reason I booked the convenience was GREAT I was competing at a dog show at the arena next door to the motel I thought the cost to have dogs in the room was a LOT, dogs are much cleaner than children and construction workers, I understand a security deposit IF there is damage BUT, $20 per dog per night is excessive...The comfort Inn does not even charge extra for dogs.

No breakfast The carpet was not very clean…
