Easy location when you need to stay 1 night and continue to the highway. Ok breakfast. Easy parking Cats urine smell everywhere! Very noisy at the windows. No airco. Really bad towels. No soap or shower gel in the room unless demanded. No lift.

Nothing. Worse room we had on our month long trip. Overall room was depressing. The room description said it had toiletries and even slippers. Well we didn't get slippers nor any soap. Even to wash hands in bathroom. We also only received one bath towel. When we tried to explain the situation to the reception clerk she was rather rude and not very helpful. We did manage to get a second bath towel. Unfortunately we found out we also were not getting any hot water. We went back to the reception and were told that hot water had had issues lately. She called a maintenance person to come in and address the problem. It was over an hour and a half before we were able to take a shower. Overall a terrible stay.

Good breakfast, super friendly and helpful staff. Great parking possibilities. Calm neighborhood but still well connected with the U-Bahn in walking distance. The corridor of the smoke-free rooms in the annex smelling like smoke due to people smoking right outside the building (room was fine). Would prefer fluid soap, rather than a bar soap, in the shower. Room quite small for two, but alright for a couple of nights.
