The room was advertised as having one large bed, but it was actually two smaller beds pushed together, with an uncomfortable gap in the middle. While the staff was friendly, communication was sometimes difficult due to the language barrier. The housekeeping schedule was also unclear, as no information was provided during check-in or in the room, and when we asked about the cleaning times, the staff seemed surprised by the question, which made the experience a bit inconvenient.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Spacious rooms, nice table soccer in the lobby. Good buffet breakfast, all for a reasonable price. Very friendly staff. Location. Takes a bit to get by car in the city, typical "suburb business district" with nothing in the nearby that allows for a pleasant walk around the hotel.

A small cooler / fridge would be nice. Have it optional for people who have a longer stay like I had. A way to lock the wheels on the beds would be nice as well. Two single beds instead of a bigger double bed. Blanket was a bit narrow.

the location was great very near to the train station and the Stuttgart airport I had a wonderful stay but I wish the room had a little fridge

They do not offer parking for the guest for free like any normal hotel. They charge €20 for it. A big issue

The manager (I think she was the manager, the lady with the glasses) was so nice and friendly and was extremely helpful and accommodating!!!

Good hotel, solid value, warm and confortable. Boring and meaningless neighborhood, not a problem, but need a car. Parking too expensive and a challenge to find a street spot (but doable)

Nice decoration. Quiet. Window Curtain blocks light. Good shower. Good pillows. Easy check-in with reception. A small sauna after 4 pm available for free. Connection to airport with U6 tram is good. View from window is not so nice.

Very beautiful and nice Spaces. Everyone in the Deck was very nice to me. I took breakfast and it was very good. They didn’t clean my room during my stay.
