Very good stuff and helpful , clean Need to add air conditioner in the room especially in hot summer days

Located next to the main train station. Very comfortable and clean room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and perfectly sufficient for one person. I was able to arrange self-check-in after requesting it. Self-check-in was easy, and I received all the necessary instructions on the same day. There was no air conditioning, as clearly stated in the listing, but the room had a small working fan. The location was very convenient, close to the main train station, U-Bahn, S-Bahn and within walking distance of the city centre. Check-out was also quick and simple. A more powerful fan, perhaps a slim tower fan, would have made the room more comfortable during the hot weather. The pillow was also a little too soft for my personal preference, although I assume the staff might have been able to provide an alternative if I had asked.

It was close to the station. The room was good. Nothing missing. Also the breakfast was good. We could leave our luggage after checkout.

The location is superb as it is so close to the central train station. We have to pay for the coffee. There are some ants inside. Don't know why.

It was a really good price for the service

It is not easy to get there. There are many construction sites. We had to search for it a long time

- Great Location - Good Price If you stay at the 4th floor, you have to share the toilet. If you come from the central station, you can go around on the right side, and the is a ramp, so you don't need to walk upstairs with your luggage. - Breakfast is fine. They have a good deal while booking with booking.com, for which I paid €7 extra. FYI, they don't have milk alternative choice, which is fine for me because they told me the demand is not high. The location was close to the train station, and the shopping center Milaneo. The steep climb up the slope to get to the hotel, was very unpleasant. Also, because of road work, a lot of the streets were blocked, so had to make a huge detour, to return to the hotel. Fortunately, I had left my heavy suitcase in a locker at the train station.

The location was perfect, only a short walk from the centre. Everything was really clean, and the staff were nice and ready to help. During the night in room number 8, the positioning of the windows made it so that when a car was driving by, the lights would shine into the room and make it really bright and hard to sleep.

First thing is the contact with the hotel. I had a few questions and I was answered very fast. Besides that location was great and close to central station with U and S bahn. Hotel staff was very kind, and the hotel was very clean Nothing
