NOT ok for summer. To hot, no AC. The wifi is not great. The cleaning should be improved. The terrace is not available all the time. THhe only good thing was the location.

they want all this extra info on a separate app from booking just to check into a room you already paid for it will almost make you want to stay somewhere else but they already got your money also it says it's in downtown but it's kinda far walk and it's on the side of a steep hill

There is no receptionist available after 2:30 p.m. There was a refrigerator in the room, but it wasn't working.

The room was spacious and exceptionally clean, with comfortable bedding. The bathroom was well-appointed, offering ample space and excellent amenities. The hotel's location is one of its strongest features, providing convenient access to local attractions, dining options, and transport links. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. We were concerned by what appeared to be inadequate hotel security. There seemed to be limited monitoring of guest access, which affected our sense of safety and comfort during the stay. Furthermore, housekeeping and cleaning staff commenced work very early in the morning, creating additional noise that disrupted our ability to sleep and enjoy a restful stay.

There was a lot of room and a walk in closet. There are outlets everywhere and the towels are folded in a nice way. There are 2 pillows per bed.

It was a very warm, spacious and comfortable room. The shower was very good. Front door to property didn’t lock. Vending machine was not very full. No complementary maps or guides about the city.

Everything. I loved everything. The check-in was so easy and simple, good parking garage, the room was soooo warmy and nice. Checked in at 2am the other day after a long trip and it was so easy and entered a warmy, cozy and nice place, wonderfulll. It is only 7 mins by foot from city centre. The exit and entrance of the hotel was a little bit confusing but I sorted it out easily afterwards, in rest everything was wonderfulllll. The TV was not a smart TV but I liked it that it had many programmes.

It was very easy to check in. I dont know how to check out. But its ok. I emailed the hotel and i've got a prompt reply.

The couch in our room was very dirty and stained. The bed was overly firm and uncomfortable. Otherwise, our stay was fine.
