Good value for money, opposite bad Cannenstadt train station and 15 min walk to football stadium. Room was comfortable and clean . Easy check in

Nothing Dirty, ugly, and the staff IS horrible. I dont recommend to anyone to stay in this hotel. Better sleep on the street than this.

The beds were very comfortable, the place was very clean and tidy, and although it's practically over the road from a train station, it was peaceful and not at all difficult to sleep. And the staff were very friendly - I had a problem with the check in and was frustrated but one of the staff members came to help and was very helpful. I also liked the location - it was just down the road from where i was going to an event which was very convenient. Only the check in process, but once I had received help from the staff member, everything was really good.

Location Check in info provided at 2:50pm on the day of arrival. Once inside the property, we realized that there were people staying in our room. Not ideal, even though the owner responded very quickly and forced the people the leave the property.

Trash in the room wasn't emptied, Mold in the Shower, generally dirty room (hairs on the bed, dirty floor, ceiling almost falling apart) also very slim doors and the locks also didn't look that safe and front door was always open for everyone

I was never allowed the access to the property. There is no reception, they are supposed to send you an email with a code to the key box after you do the online check in. Never received any emails and the place was dead locked. Requested refund and not a word back. Will be disputing with Booking.com.

The location was good! It is near to the station and for one night was OK! The toilets needed more frequent cleaning, the bedside tables were dusty and under the bed was very dirty.

It’s easy to check in and out, just leave the keys. No air conditioning, but it’s normal for Germany I guess. It does get very hot. The window was open when I arrived and There are a lot bugs the curtain is thin so it’s kinda bright when I try to sleep. But I was tired so I’m not that bothered
