The location The breakfast was okay

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was perfect for what we paid and the facilities including the pool were a great addition. Although a bit of an older style this place was good for a few nights in Suances. Thanks!

Lovely breakfast. We were told by the receptionist that the beach was a short walk away. It was not. We were told there would be taxis at the beach. There were none. We had to wait for 2 hours for a taxi which eventually arrived due to the kindness and persistence of the staff at the Embarcadero restaurant.

Good hotel. Clean. Good contact with staff. Breakfast is nice but only from 8.30.. difficult when you are there for business. View is waw. Very cool view. Price is too expensive. For a 3 stars hotel. With this high price i would expect more. Parking slots are small

Made to feel very welcome, excellent room with great views. Location great, unfortunately weather did not allow me to fully appreciate this on an overnight stop. The hotel was closed so I was the only guest. Owners made up for this with their welcome and attention. When I booked the swimming pool looked great, but it was closed for winter.

Breakfast was good with fruit, fresh orange juice maker and usual continental stuff. Staff helped with booking taxis for local trips as it was hard for us to explain location to Spanish taxi drivers. They provided couple of fans which were useful. I booked the hotel based on the swimming pool picture but the depth was close to a meter and a half which made it unusable for beginner like me or kids. I have not seen anyone used it either during our stay. It was not a close location to the beach being 2.5 km walk hence I was disappointed with the price.

We had a great sized room with a compact balcony overlooking the most fantastic view of rural and coastal Spain! The location of the property is on top of a hill looking over a valley with walkways beneath. The parking was easy and right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was continental but with plenty to choose from. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We had a great stay on our way to the ferry at Bilbao and wished we had booked for longer! All perfect.

The staff were good and chatty which was nice. Good location not far from centre. Very quiet location. Car park on site. Nothing really. It was only one night en route home and it was good.
