It was perfect, the weather was good but if it had been warmer then we could have sat out on the balcony Nothing

The property was absolutely beautiful. Very modern, clean and had an enormous balcony over looking the sea. Had a mini fridge which was useful. Power shower great. Sensory Lighting in the hallway. The staff at the sister hotel across the road were very helpful and friendly. No kettle! I’m English I need my tea ? Long walk down from the top of hill if you don’t have a car. But there is a quick walk up from along bottom of road… need to ask!

There were very nice and friendly persons at the reception (both at check-in & check-out). As we did not like the hotel - receptionist just adjusted our reservation to 1 day instead of 2. In our case we booked this hotel last minute after different hotel cancelled our reservation and there were almost no other options available in Suances. This hotel is tacky and plasticky. Most materials used are cheap and some things are broken (see photos attached): no handle on one of the windows, paint is pilling off, sad curtains. Bathtub were kind of dirty. There is big terrace, which could be nice, but there is restaurant below and all kitchen smells (like fried everything) is constantly accompany guests on this terrace. So its very difficult to enjoy it. Apart of being tacky, which is a matter of taste, it requires at least some renovation.

On arrival at property we realised this was unsuitable for us as there were steep stairs at the entrance and my husband is disabled. We checked in as requested at the sister hotel opposite. Spa El Muelle de Suances. When I advised the receptionist of our problem, she immediately offered us a seaview room in this hotel at no extra charge. Our room was great, the bed huge and sooo comfy. Breakfast buffet one of the best. Thank you Spa El Muelle De Suances for making being disabled just a little more bearable.. Saunces ...a lovely spot, three great beaches plenty of restaurants, beautiful scenery, better visited not at the height of the season. Nothing.

Great location. Pretty rooms. Stairs inside the bedroom. Location of A/C machine.

Breakfast much better than expected great variety

Great location with view of estuary from both the room and fantastic terrace. The room is not huge but fine for an overnight stay. Easy to park in the square outside in March but not sure if it would be quite so easy in Summer. Range of places to eat a short walk from the room. Soundproofing poor so can hear neighbouring rooms TV clearly...Breakfast rather regimented in hotel across the road, but good choice including fresh fruit and range of hot and cold meats, eggs etc. Watch for the credit card switch to pounds at checkout, receptionist did it without asking and then said could not cancel it. As small amount of money I did not force the issue but bad practice and needs to be called out.

Lovely little boutique hotel with terrace overlooking the beach. It was owned by the large hotel across the road and breakfast was served there. Very pleasant girl at reception for check-in. Nothing, apart from the ladies in the breakfast room were a little officious and unfriendly!

The room is beautiful, big, luxerious. The view is nice! So are the bed and bath! Really enjoyed our stay here The breakfast and breakfast room don’t really suit the style of the hotel. A little more conservative and not the same amount of detail
