It was convenient and comfortable enough. I didn’t like that I had to check in to a kiosk. The guy was nice enough, but his face was in a box. It was extremely awkward and impersonal. When I went to check out, there was nobody to check out with. I didn’t like that at all.

I would never recommend this property to anyone the staff was awful

The only good thing was the location It was so gross, luckily we had our own sheets and blankets with us. The sheets were stained, the floor was filthy, and there were addicts and homeless people hanging out around the building.

Dirty, disgusting, old and not maintained. Felt unsafe and uncomfortable.

The property, although clean, was more like sleeping in a shipping container. Amenities usually provided by hotels in this price range were not available. There were no lamps on any nightstands or on the desk so you had to get out of bed and slide your hand along the wall to find a light switch at night. You could only work or read by high ceiling lights. There were no safety considerations in the bathroom, either. The bathtub/shower was exceptionally slippery and no place to hold on to in case of a fall. There were no hooks for clothing or towels. The hotel did not have a hairdryer in the bathroom or provide one via the front desk. Strange arrangement of desk and chairs in the room, as though it was a storage space. Check-in was through a monitor even though there was a man behind a glass enclosure. I asked for a receipt when I left and was told to contact Expedia. Coffee was advertised as being available in the lobby, but there was only a cold machine and no cups or creamer. Very disappointing stay.

It was across street from where I needed to be Sheets and towels was dirty. You had to check in and out on machine no human. They had one iron and didnt k ow who had it. The room stink

Clean comfy beds, ac worked great, big tv, hot shower Honest review: (D+) Hotel smelled like cleaning chemicals and cigarette smoke, dirty floors in the bathroom, ripped shower curtain, faucet and toilet seat loose, sink sprays water everywhere unless you barely turn it on, lock chain to door broken off which made me feel unsafe. Some room doors looked like someone had tried to kick it them in. Ok hotel in an emergency (or if no other option) but didn't feel very safe and checking in with a person in the lobby via zoom made me feel like the staff didn't feel safe there either...

The rooms were not clean; the bed sheets and towels were stained, had stuff on the bed.

Room was clean but linens had some stains. We stayed for one night before our cruise it was okay! Probably wouldn’t stay longer than that!

This place should be closed for renovation. Poorly kept and maintained. It's a nasty place to stay.

This place I will never return. I waited almost 30 minutes to check in and also 20 minutes to check out. I couldn’t wait to leave I actually left early because the hotel was so dirty , smelly and outdated
