Front desk staff were wonderful

Clean room, friendly staff, great amenities and ample parking.

Parking was easy amd secure. Nice indoor pool. Clean rooms that look like new. Would stay again.

Room 230 was a nice and quiet clean room. The only negative about the stay, was the body wash dispenser in the walk in shower did not work.

Brand new hotel... very clean and modern. 5 Tesla chargers available for EV owners. They had good food at their Cafe and had live music on a Tuesday night! Great location.

What an absolutely amazing stay! We had booked with another property for a 4 day vacation, but only stayed one night due to a terrible experience. I looked for a hotel that first day, and was pleasantly surprised to find this jewel. My family and I were treated phenomenally well by a stellar staff. Many, many thanks to you all, and to Marriott for a wonderful stay!

Friendly helpful Staff, beautiful facility The Booking.com Experience- property never received my request for an early check in so we waited in lobby 90 minutes. Property never received my request for pets staying g with me so room charge was $150 MORE than Booking.com told me it would be. Breakfast was disappointing- very restricted menu - no yogurt no juice, no cereal included (available for an additional charge ABOVE the included breakfast we had booked), coffee was meh. Property is next door to several dining options which would have been better for breakfast.

Everything was great hope to stay again on my return to Banner Elk.

I had several concerns: - Room Features: The light over the desk was insufficient, and there was not enough light near the closet. The closet itself was very narrow, making it difficult to get my garment bag in and out. additional hang pegs for hanging clothes would have been helpful. - Lighting and Layout: The lamp on the table did not illuminate the work surface well and instead shone directly into my eyes while I was sitting in bed. I also found the walk from the elevator to my room to be quite long, at approximately 100 yards. - Accessibility: I was very disappointed with the handicap parking accessibility. There is no parking at the front of the building near the automatic door. The side entrances requires navigating uncovered walkways, stairs or heavy manual doors. The back handicap parking requires traveling halfway around the building to the entrance or reaching over a fence at the pool, which caused me to get wet when it rained. and opening a heavy, locked, manual door - Amenities: I was disappointed that at 6:45 am the only coffee available cost almosst $5 and only food was microwaveable frozen food.
