good restaurant within the villa to chill out by the pool easy access to the waterfall close by the place is very quiet for a good sleep far from the noise. very friendly staff, accommodate for all services. quite a long way to reach town center room was very dark with few windows. all chairs at the pool were infested by ants. pool tiles are aging poorly, high concentration of chemicals in the water - kids suffered a bit after spending too much time

Nice location, walking distance to waterfall with cool rock carvings and steep stone steps. Comfy bed, great food, awesome staff! We liked everything

The staff was amazing, super friendly. The property is beautiful with the garden and the pool in the center of the Courtyard. Food was very tasty and the press is our reasonable.

This Villa is beautiful near the edge of the paddy field and there is a waterfall nearby. The rooms are nice and tidy The attached outdoor toilet and shower was an experience. The in-house restaurant has enough choices of food for the family. Pool facing rooms with glass panels have a good vibe. You can even get your takeaway heated in the common kitchen. Overall this is a little gem of a place to experience Balinese life . ⛔

The whole area us beautifull, the pool is big enough and really clean. The terrace is amazing and just calls you to spend time there, with the beautifull views. Staff is nice and polite and ready to help whatever needed, they try to make your stay enjoyable. We really enjoyed. The only thing is that the rooms lack some air. Would be good if they put mosquito nets on back small back window, so the air can circulate.

Baliwid is divine. From the gorgeous staff, to the beautiful room & outdoor bathroom, the food, the rice terrace backdrop & waterfall, the pool… it is a hidden gem and we absolutely adored our time there. I initially read reviews regarding bugs, lizards, the bathroom floor not drying as quick due to the open ceiling - but that was all part of the magic for us. The location is nicely tucked away from the business of Ubud, and you feel like you’re in your own world. It’s so easy to get a gojek, or the villa can organise a driver. None of our drivers had an issue accessing the villa, and we had XL cars. We ordered food and drinks constantly and it was no hassle for the crew, always delicious food at such low cost and with a smile. They treated our babies so kindly. We were sad to move on to our next location, Baliwid & the crew are a DREAM <3 Leaving :(

We liked everything. Only one thing spoiled our vacation. There were 1 over reacting guest who doesn't have any manner at all. He complained to us about the kids swimming at 7.30 and ruins his sleep during the breakfast time while the owner and staff of the villa didn't say or mention anything about not swimming in the morning. Staffs and owner even greated us politely and told us to enjoy. This was really bad experience for us. Even if he has any complaints, he should have not complaining to us straight. He should talk to the owner and let the owner solve the problem and let the owner talk to us. We would have much appreciated that way. Maybe he thinks we are local people and we pay less than him. We booked 2 rooms. 1 family room and 1 deluxe room. Besides, it's in the morning! And I know my kids. They were not that loud. He missed the villa concept. It's a villa for families where they can bring children. And also that day the sun was shining beautifuly with the sound of birds chirping and rooster. I woke up at 6.30am, I also heard from my room, a mother talking very loud to her kid and it was OK for me. I realized its not sound proofing room. And it was not really matter for me. He should have been so grateful it was not raining and enjoy his life more! If he wants silence, he should go to a place where there is no family room. Somewhere in the jungle or grave yard would've been really perfect for him. Such a miserable man..

Such a peaceful location! Beautiful setting and lovely staff. Breakfast was lovely and the room was comfortable and very clean. Loved the outdoor bathroom. About a twenty minute journey into Ubud centre and a short walk to a beautiful waterfall! Nothing!
