It is very helpful that they display which meat is used in dishes with visuals. The food is delicious. Chef Yusuf's pizzas are excellent. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Room and all facility areas are always kept clean thanks to eagerly working staff.

Great location — beach within walking distance • Nearby attractions including a small amusement park, casino, and local shops • The one-bedroom apartment was spacious, with a separate living area and large bathroom • Some food and dessert options were decent • A few Turkish-speaking staff members were friendly and helpful Serious check-in issues and poor communication at reception • No air conditioning in common areas; AC in both rooms either weak or not working at all • Dirty hallways and carpets, stained walls, windows with bird droppings • Pool area was dirty; all lounge chairs “reserved” with towels and not in use — no staff enforcement • Shower had no divider or door, causing water to flood the bathroom floor • Overcrowded buffet area with lack of seating and frequent food shortages • Some of the staff were rude and unprofessional, especially in the dining area • Price negotiation at the front desk felt unprofessional and frustrating • Hotel positions itself as 4-star, but in reality, offers a 2-star experience at best

I had a room with a sea and mai street view. There was permanent powerful sound from the AC unit of the neighbour hotel and kitchen smell from the same hotel across the street. Very unpleasant to sleep with the balcon door open. There was no butter served on any meal or hotdogs or mashed Potatoes which are very appreciated by the kids. And,, the only hotel reception on the seaside i encountered without AC.

The only negative thing is the coffee, they have some nescafe vending machines (free, but it doesn't taste like coffee, more like ness).

Nice and comfortable rooms. Rooms design was at a very high level. A nice pool. The food was good, the verity of food was enough so you can choose dishes fitting your taste. The location is good, few minutes of walk to the beach and to the main strip. No something to dislike. Need to mention the hotel was mainly occupied by families with kids.

Pool was nice, the hotel was clean The bedsheets and towels were wet. I went to the reception with the sheets to ask for dry ones, I was promised that someone will bring me… but until checkout nobody appeared to our door… Another thing I didn’t like was no labels on the food… very spicy food with no labels, no allergens warnings… not very tasty
