Hotel RIAGOR - ALL INCLUSIVE

We have leak from the bathroom in top i told to the front desk..they said ok but never fixed..I don't recommend

We all experienced heartburn after eating the food at the hotel, which was very disappointing. Unfortunately, the meals seemed to upset our stomachs throughout our stay.

The food was great, some options for food every time. Great drinks on bar, pool was great with comfy chair. To much waiting time for coffee, more soup varieties.

Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff. That's all. Scam! This is a three-star hotel at a four-star price! There are three stars everywhere - even on the hotel's own soap/card/certificate. Very little, poor and tasteless food. It's almost the same every day. Several dishes were served 3 times on different days. There was no cake with lunch, the fruit selection was poor (2 kinds, one was always melon) The last couple of days we went to a restaurant instead. Very dirty children's chair in the restaurant - it was not cleaned once in a week! Not all-inclusive at all! From 14:00 to 18:30 no food could be eaten, only drinks were served in the "snack bar"! There was neither a coffee maker nor even a kettle in the room, let alone the coffee or the water in the cooler! The WIFI service was unusable. Undemanding equipment in the room.

The hotel is very cozy and clean. I liked the food, the dishes are varied and tasty. Very nice staff and owners of the hotel. We will be happy to come again)).

Nice, clean hotel. Food was ok, alothough there could be a little bit more choice of dishes.

For the price we pay was good. Hotel was not near the central road, so was quite tranquil, a plus for those who want to sleep. Distance from the sea = around 7-10 minutes walk. Food was good, tasty, but was almost the same, i mean wasnt different from day to day, just small changes. Overall was very ok. All employees was very polite, especially the barman STOYAN RADEV, a great man, always with a smile on his face )). Rooms were big, balcony, air conditioner, some furniture was in plus, dirty one, so i covered with a blanket, beds was ok, bathrrom wasnt so ok, sometimes was bad smell because wasnt working air conditioner there, and sink was very noisy, we could hear when neighbor turn on the water tap. The staff that cleans the rooms does not know English. Towels that supposed to be white, wasnt very white, and with a not good smell. Parking is near ther hotel on the street. All around was just hotels, a nice zone. A small park to have fun with different games, pretty expensive. Near, 10 minutes walk was waterpark, 20 euro, u definitely need to try that one. Good rides there for all ages. Overall was a good week, those who want more from the hotel should choose another one, and of course to pay much more.

Comfortable beds, big rooms with terrace. The pool was nice and the food tasty. Breakfast was the same every morning, but it was good. The staff was nice and friendly. Coffee was bad, couldn’t drink it, for sure can be improved

Nothing to like It was way to expensive for that place for that price the parking had an extra charge the rooms were very dirty i put my hand on the floor while packing my suitcase and put my hand up it was full with dirt from the floors there wasnt proper sheets the air-conditioner was very noisy and didn't even work properly even are friends room was like this it was making a banging noise and waking us up everything that happend in the next door room we could hear even people unzipping their suitcase dont know how other people have rated this hotel this good doent deserve anything we were getting dressed before leaving the hotel and the cleaner just suddenly opened the door and did the same thing to our friends room the food was a disaster was wierd

Great location on a quiet area of Sunny Beach but very close to the beach (5min walking) and to the loud nightlife (10 min walking), friendly staff, the food was really good during all the meals we had there, Riagor is definitely a good option to stay during a trip to Sunny Beach

The lunch and dinner with tasty food. Breakfast - the worst omlet ever -full of water or /and oil and the wursts looks very old.
