The pool was little bit cold

Very good location, in the southern part of Sunny Beach, where noise was not so high as in the center or northern part, swimming pool, paid parking, excellent breakfast. Cleaning may be better, but it satisfied us, and some noise coming from the beach bar, Kikki Beach, close to the hotel.

Food and beverage selection was not very good.

The bed was not with a single mattress

At our specific room although we order room with sea view & balcony although ther was balcony the room is not straight forward to the sea you can walk over table/chairs and air conditioning condenser to see the sea from the balcony. Our bathroom was very very small no place to put anything and no cartoon to the small.shower which cause all the small little bathrooms can wet all over.

Located on the beach. Perfect pool. Friendly staff. Close to the center with very nice view.

Exceptional

The rooms were specious and kept in good condition. The pool was clean and the location was perfect. There is free parking if you are able to secure a space. The casino staff are professional and kind. The view from the rooms is amazing. The restaurant was outdated, the food was very low quality, tasteless and repeated all the time. There is not a lot of variety. Most of the customer support staff needs to be properly trained in the service. Some were rude or unprofessional. There is not a lot of information regarding the all inclusive service, bear in mind that after a certain time, they do not serve drinks (alcoholic or non alcoholic) as part of the all inclusive services, and charge you. The bathroom could use a deep clean. There are no shows or another entertainment in the evenings.

Food was ok but very repetitive. Spacious rooms. More entertainment, more types of food.

The food was good, in general, fruits were fresh, sometimes it needed more variety, but it was tasty which is a big pro. That's great that they switched to full board - all inclusive, although we were using just meals. I hope next year will improve even more. The hotel has a nice atmosphere. The greetings of the receptionist on Check in had been basic, just giving us a key with showing the timetable of the meals and without mentioning anything else about the hotel. When we arrived at the room we didn't find soap nor shower gel and after a call they brought us which I considered as a coincidence and I thought - ok, it is happening, but indeed all other days housekeepers never recharged soap and shower gel and during all our stay we needed to ask every day for it (like it is something extra) which is a big con. Also, in the toilet the legs-towel is not provided at all so the bathroom is wet all the time. In the restaurant there are no allergens and ingredients mentioned next to the meals and also some meals are not marked with any name. For pizza it was written just "Pizza". Ok, I see it is pizza, thanks for the info, but what is inside? I need to be baba Vanga, obviously. Also, it would be great if staff are more friendly or smiling to look more pleasant for guests and for a better vibration, since most of them look like they are on a forced labor. Sadly, it looks like management has never been in the Middle East or Asia to check what real hospitality in tourism is.

The pool was big and clean. The trees were nice. Food was good. The room was partial or lateral sea view, not sea view as tagged/marked. There was little to no music at the pool. The tiles near the pool were needing more cleaning. Food good but with little variations.

Sun, see, attentive staff

Close to the beach Very expensive for the value. The rooms were small and there wasn't enough storage place. The showers had water pressure, but the shower heads reduced it by 90% so we couldn't enjoy it. The food quality in the dining room was below average. The hotel policy doesn't allow refunds in case you decide to check out early.

Location is perfect, next to the beach. The staff is very helpful and super friendly. The pool is clean and nice. The bed is very comfortable. The food was a bit boring.

The house keeping was weak.

Everything was great! I really appreciate how kind the staff were! Clean towels everyday, the food was awesome, perfect location for me. I will visit again for sure.
