Family Hotel Magnolia, Sunny Beach

There is an outdoor very clean pool with a kids zone in it. Parking is available at the hotel. Very nice and kind host. The hotel has a reception with very nice coffee and snacks. Absolutely recommend for 100%. I liked everything!

Location was nice, close to everything. Staff, communication, attitude — a holy trinity of disappointment. Warm water for the shower? A luxury apparently reserved for places that actually function. The water pressure was so weak it felt like someone was nervously drizzling from a plastic bottle two floors above. Absolutely pathetic for a place that charges money to exist. The owner is a special kind of chaos. Allegedly speaks 14 languages — impressive on paper, useless in practice, since none of those languages apparently include logic or basic human decency. When communication breaks down (which it will), don't worry — it's YOUR fault. You weren't clear enough. You didn't phrase it correctly. Somehow you, the paying guest, failed the owner's secret comprehension exam. The audacity is genuinely breathtaking. The whole establishment runs like a circus — and not the entertaining kind. More like the kind where no one knows what they're doing and someone's always about to get hurt. The only reason this place isn't getting a single star is that they managed to be somewhat pleasant, in terms of cleanness and to the bride during our bachelorette party — so congratulations, you cleared the absolute lowest possible bar. Will I return? Not if it were the last establishment on Earth.

Wonderful place to stay near the middle of everything in Sunny Beach. 15 minute walk to the beach. A nice quiet environment was great for a relaxing stay. Hotel staff make you feel part of the family.

It is in the center. It is quiet...very clean, cozy. The water in the pool could easely be a little warmer ?

Location is perfect, close to the main street, the beach and Janet shopping center. The hotel and the pool are super clean. Dimitar, the receptionist speaks good English, he is helpful and kind. Thank you so much for your help!! This hotel deserves a 3rd star. A new mattress in the bed would be wonderful.

Location - to bus, beach, Djanny's restaurant and main walking street. Nice pool and green court yard and lovely owners. Hard beds, no hooks to hang stuff on. Hadn't realised the madness of Sunny Beach (my bad) so was disappointed in the place rather than the hotel.

Great location to the centre of sunny beach and quite enough for a good sleep rooms clean and comfortable beds fresh towels and maid service daily , lovely gardens with a nice pool and comfortable sun loungers . Aircon was old and didn’t work well. 3 flights of stairs to the top floor rooms No lifts I would book 1st floor next time .

The super friendly staff. They were helpfull, treated us like a big family. Talkative and and their priority was to make our stay as pleasent as possible. Just a little outdated shower and bathroom but considering the purpose of the bathroom was to clean oneself after a beach day, it was just perfect for that.

It's a very nice hotel in a quite area. It's perfect for families. We had a suite with view to the garden and swimming pool. The owners impressed us the most because they were very friendly and communicative.

Free parking and location. - Today checked out 10:30 and i got an e-mail at 10.33 from booking about reservation cancellation. We stayed at this hotel 5 days. And we paid hotel fee with my wife's credit card first day as we check in. We have a receipt showing that we paid by credit card. So i chose the option "I stayed" for not to double pay. Because we stayed. I think that the hotel owner tried to her chance to not pay booking commision of my accomodaiton fee. Be careful , it is not an honest behaviour, immoral cunning. This is a Major problem. I guess this is not the first attempt made by the woman who owns the company. - The woman who owns the hotel has a bit of a fake smile (when you arrive you can see easily) - As you can see in the photo only 3 umbrellas by the pool for a 24-room hotel. - My opinion about decoration; you can feel like you are in the 1980s. It could be the early 90's at best :) - We are a family of 3. Me, my wife and my 14 year old daughter. Our reservation information was like this. But the third bed the hotel gave us was an old, uncomfortable bed that opened from an old model sofa.

The location was amazing. Less then 5 minutes from Flower Street. They arranged a taxi for us from and to the airport. Personnel was so nice and helpful! And we loved the pool. We would definitely come back next year with more friends if there is enough space. The third bed in the room was a bit uncomfortable.
