Good food. Good drinks. Friendly staff. Walking distance from the beach. Nice pools. Bottom line: nice 4* hotel (deserves 4*) in Sunny Beach. Entertainment

Food was trash, very dirty facility, over crowded, no towels, definitely will never go back

We really liked hotel Izola Paradise. Especially is very delicious and different choice of food. Staff were helpful and kind. There were mosquitos.

To many "kids 18-20" drinking alcohol

The hotel has two large and clean swimming pools, which were definitely a highlight. The rooms are big and spacious, offering plenty of comfort. I was disappointed with the food – there was absolutely no variety. Another downside is the distance to the beach, which is about a 15-minute walk. Also, the bar only opens at 10 AM, which can be a bit inconvenient.

For that price , was really different variety of food to choose and we always could find something for us. The room was clean and the rest of the hotel, the staff cleaned it everyday. The swimming pool, table tennis and bilard were good to spend free time. The bar offered different beverages, snacks and drinks. The food mainly was cold.

Everything was lovely ,pool was very nice ,plenty of sun beds Drinking out of plastic cups in the evening ,think lobby bar should have been open , people were putting towels on sun beds from one day to another including leaving them there over night which wasn’t fair to other guests as they didn’t come to use them till afternoon

Everything was great,except the animation team. The food was different every day , there was no way that somebody may say they couldn't find what to eat. The were pancakes everyday, ice cream,pizza ,lots of cocktails ,everything you could want. The animation team whici was awful. They were bored all they long, The kids club was...not,you could hardly hear The music at the kids disco. Also the kids playground was very poor and dirty.

- It is quite close to the beach - The taste of the food was quite ok - The cleaning staff is doing their job - The pools were clean - The animation girls really try to make an ok atmosphere through their activities and they really succeed. Maria & Cveti deserve a bonus - The menu is not very varied, you eat roughly the same things every day - I found ants in the room, the soap dish and the shower head in the bathroom were full of limescale, you didn't even feel like taking a shower - He's a skinny, darker-skinned guy who works in the kitchen and has a tendency to grope women when they're changing trays of food. Besides, he walks around with a knife in his hand And the tip is always pointed at you. Because of him, I dropped a lot of review stars - At the pool there is a shower that flows almost continuously (it is used by people). Because of this, the mud on the ground is very slippery and many people and children have slipped, I announced at the reception but no one cared. - The check in process is quite difficult. We were around 30 people on the day of check in and only 2 people were available to deal with us. It took quite a while - The beds were uncomfortable. Every day I woke up in pain because of the mattress.
