Lamps, walls, doors all had stains. Fridge door was rusted. Bathroom door had jagged botton Edge. Even the do not disturb sign was filthy. I hated to touch it and needed to wash my hands after doing so. Hair on bath walls.

Umm you get what you pay for. It was not the cleanest or up to date hotel. Room smelled like mold and pee. Couch was extremely dirty with dirt marks. Sheets were dirty. Just wouldn’t recommend

The staff was wonderful. The first room we were assigned was very clean. They asigned us to another room. It was a bit better than the first one so we did spend the night. The pool was dirty. We didn’t eat the breakfast cause it looked sketchy so I would not stay in this hotel again.

There was only 1 wash towel for the sink, the wifi didn’t work at all in the room. The tv didnt work due to wifi.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing due to the lack of cleanliness. The guest room was not adequately maintained, and several pieces of furniture were visibly dirty and stained. In addition, the breakfast area appeared unclean and did not reflect an acceptable standard of hygiene. Cleanliness is a fundamental expectation for any hotels day, and the overall condition of both the room and common areas felt well below expectations. This hotel is not a three star hotel at the very best. It is a one. I was very disappointed with the three star rating on the Expedia app.

It's close to the mall Stayed for a week. Ask for the room to be cleaned after they had missed the 3 day cleaning as was stated on check in however it never happened. They cleaned the room the day before we left. Very noisy... guest with kids ru ning the hallways at 5am which caused the guest with dogs to start barking this happened for 5 out of the 7 days we spent. There were sketchy looking people hanging around. You cant sit on the pool deck after 8pm even if you're not swimming.
