The view was great! And staff was welcoming on top of everything. It was easy to request or ask questions through WhatsApp. We had a car since (we always rent when in Mykonos) and it was parking onsite and the property was gated The breakfast was okay and they need to train their bartender

Location, staff, service, communication and breakfast options. Immediate resolution to request for lowering volume of music in pool area. Tough to access via narrow roads in a rental car. Signage to property could be improved as well as signage needed for private villa area.

Breakfast I was switched to a hotel at the last minute because my original hotel closed early. The location was horrible. The beach was horrible management was not accommodating the price of the room, hotel and beach and price did not match my accommodations at My Atkins. There was no communication with booking.com only with the hotel. I sent several messages to the hotel and never got an answer regarding price reduction that I saw online. When I got to the hotel, I showed them the price reduction I saw which was half of the price I paid from my original hotel $1000 less. I asked for the reduction and was told I could not get that price because I had booked the reservation in advance. I was very disappointed and disputed the price, but was repeatedly told I could not. Due to the end of the season, the prices had reduced by half. It was no longer $1000 a night it was $1000 for two nights. It is unfair and I am very disappointed. I will not return to that hotel and it is dam in my spirits about traveling to Mykonos. I am not sure that I will continue to use booking it since I cannot have direct communication With them only at the time ofreservation.

We had the most incredible experience at My Aktis and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, everything was flawless. The views are simply breathtaking — waking up to the sparkling sea and stunning Mykonos scenery was unforgettable. The rooms are spacious, modern, beautifully designed, and kept spotlessly clean every day. Everything felt luxurious yet comfortable, with great attention to detail. The staff were outstanding — some of the friendliest and most welcoming people we’ve ever met. Nothing was too much trouble, and they always went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Their kindness and professionalism made our stay feel extra special. The breakfast was out of this world — genuinely the best breakfast I’ve ever had. An incredible variety of fresh, high-quality options, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. It was such a highlight of our stay and the perfect way to start each day. Overall, My Aktis delivers on every level: views, comfort, cleanliness, food, and service. It’s everything you could dream of in a Mykonos getaway. If you’re considering this hotel — don’t hesitate. It’s perfection. We will 100% return! Nothing!! Amazing!!

The overall experience with the hotel was amazing! Staff were really friendly and helpful with everything from breakfast to requests in the room. The transfer and concierge services worked great for everything we needed, and they were able to help us with everything we needed.

Everything was perfect, view, stuff amazing and breakfast.

The staff were incredible. They even remembered what we had ordered for breakfast the day before. Everyone was so friendly and had suggestions of places to go and things to see. They made our stay an outstanding experience.

views are great and Hotel staff are really helpful and friendly. Though i went there in the end of season , but had good @My Aktis. will definitely recommend this property . Should have had more continental menu on the list .

Staff were so welcoming and lovely!! Went above and beyond. Quick to respond went to town to buy one of the guests a hot water bottle. Sadly on our last morning there was no hot water in our villa. We also found the food portions to be on the larger side

The welcome drink was nicely prepared, but the glass had a small crack at the bottom, which was a bit concerning. The hot tub seemed a bit old, making it appear less clean. The wind was strong at night, but unfortunately, the door was not soundproof, which affected sleep quality.

The staff is INCREDIBLE - they made our whole stay. Not only are they friendly and helpful, they really made us feel like family. The food is top notch and we didn’t eat anything we didn’t love.
