Loved the convenient location, friendly helpful staff (Alvin) and how clean and well-maintained everything was. The atmosphere felt cozy and welcoming. Just what I need after a long, hot day exploring Surabaya. The only downside was the loud sound from the heater whenever we took a shower, and the guest next door who kept slamming their door it got a bit noisy. Other than that, everything else was great!

Location good, staff very friendly. Room is very large Room carpet smells, no slippers were available. Bed sheets had some small stains. Furniture is run down. Room is very dark too, not enough lighting. They didnt have wine opener ready, had to go down to the bar to get my wine opened.

The rooms are extremely outdated. It was not clean. The furniture and cushions had stains, tears, and frays. The one time I went to gym it was locked and closed. The restaurant had limited items available.when I asked to change room they show another and it was the same problems with worse view. So low quality of room is a standard of the hotel.

There is a constant dull sound the whole night, towels are old, no kettle we are forced to use capsule coffee maker to boil water, dirty marks on glass, dusty overall

Room was modern, open plan but pleasant. Separate door for toilet and shower. Huge and deep bathtub. Location was great. Close to everything. Eateries, shops, zoo etc. KFC was just across the road. Big supermarket next door. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Lastly, even though the hotel is right next to the main street, it was super quite in my room. Nothing. Overall, it was a great experience.

i like the room concept, wide, and the position of bath tube so estetic im dislike with smell of room. need to find good smell and fresh
