We stayed the night before and after our trip to Mount Bromo & Ijen. Rooms are maybe a bit outdated but comfortable and clean. Hotel restaurant also has good food and lots of different options to choose from. The hotel staff is definitely what made our stay, all of them are so lovely and they are willing to do everything for you! Especially the lady from the front office who checked us in both times. Thank you for having us and we will recommend others to stay with you.

Room was relatively clean, breakfast was varied. But they tried to clear my plate while I was still eating. Bathroom sink was caked in dirt and walls were peeling. I requested a room cleaning one day and the guy knocked before I had a chance to go out. I asked him to wait 5 minutes and he was not happy. When I came back, the shower smelled like someone had urinated in it. The beds were too soft and the mattress was split. The windows had black mould on the outside and didn't look like they'd been cleaned in a very long time. I asked for a breakfast box as I had to leave early on checkout and they gave me a smelly box of food I couldn't eat. Nothing like the daily breakfast. Location quite far from everything except Chinatown. Trash-filled streets around the property.

Fantastic location right in the heart of Surabaya. Within walking distance to a few sights. The staff are very friendly and helpful, room is quiet and comfortable and the breakfast is incredible.

The cleanliness of the room needs to be improved. There is mold on the edge of the bathroom, which is disgusting every time I take a shower.

Everything was perfect. Great food, good room, very nice bathroom with hot water, good WiFi and a great Pool area and good breakfast.

Friendly helpful staff. Sour con didn't work. Moved is to another room. It was the same. 10pm. Too tired to move again. Maybe check the rooms before putting guests in.

The Queen Deluxe room and rest of the hotel are fabulous and the staff is very kind, helpful and friendly. The swimming pool was lovely, and the location is at the edge of Old Town and Chinatown. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and had a wide variety of choices. Unfortunately, dinner did not meet the quality standards of the rest of the hotel.
