The room were really nice and clean

First of all, we found this to be a GREAT stay for the price! The desk staff was so kind and sweet. I wish I remembered his name, but he was training another employee and I thought he did a great job! We are Movenpick members, so we were able to enjoy a free chocolate hour (but we did not have to show proof of membership at our other Movenpick stays for this?). But chocolate hour I think was from 5:00-6:00 and we were grateful for that little addition. The television in the room was HUGE. Our view of the city was nice, and the breakfast was pretty good. Good for our one night stay. The hotel was mostly very clean. Our shower did have a distinct mildew smell, but otherwise very clean. I wish that the TV with information about the hotel was on when we got to our room. We did not know that there was any information about the hotel until late at night when we turned the TV on. Therefore, I did not know that the sauna was in the men's bathroom and I did not know that I needed to let the staff know 1 hour before intended use that I wanted to use it. As a woman, this was very confusing for me. I went for a late afternoon swim, but the pool did not seem to be in a position to ever receive direct sunlight, so it was very cold. I went for a brief swim and was anticipating an enjoyable warm sauna, but I could not find it! (only to ask later and be told that it is in the men's bathroom). So, that was pretty disappointing, but overall, it was still a good value for the price of the hotel.

All of the staff and management were very professional and we felt very safe during our stay. No complaints of whatsoever.

It's a reputable international chain Hotel. Has standard services and cleanliness Actually the location is alright. I just don't like the railway train across the Hotel and the traffic lights crossing the railway.

Little clean Break fast not so grand for a 5 Star Hotel Staff was very slow FOOD we order over dinner was HORRIBLE.. Just Don't order... Too little .. too expensive ... Taste terrible .... Goat Satay was hard like rock .... We paid a bomb though

Need to improve the hospitallity especially security personnel who liitle bit suspicious with me because i was dropped at the lobby almost midnight and asked what i was doing at the lobby and kept on eye until i entered the lift. The receptionist seems too keen to know what we are doing ...stayed at the hotels ...etc.

Local phone calls totalling for 2,5 minutes I was charged over RP.220000. And reduced to about Rp180000 after my complaint of the feeling of being ripped off.

It’s okay If you order in the bar area there was a lot of confusion for paying later on having to get the bill from the kitchen which took enormous of time. To add we got told we can put our bill on the room and then out of nowhere we get told it is not possible… A bit disappointed
