Thanks to the guy at the counter. He was so helpful. The previous day the lady at the counter said i have to go the laundry myself. But later this guy said i can just leave to the counter and the hotel will send it to the laundry. From my perspective it was the best that the hotel can offer. A good customer service.

Two rooms without windows. Pillows are not comfortable. We ordered non smoking rooms but the rooms smelled of smoke.

Location is great, breakfast was good. The water at the bathroom was dirty,need to open it for about 10 mins to make it clean. The Aircon is not that cold.
