Staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. Room was large and very comfortable. Gym is very good. Breakfast is fantastic. Room was very cold and I found it hard to control the temperature. Gym is good but the cable machine does not have the equipment for triceps push-downs etc, no ropes or V bar etc

We came from a long journey for more than 24hrs, and thank God the room was ready for early check in. Thank you ?? The room could have been cleaner

Everything! Spacious and great service! It was our second time we stayed here! We only had room only without breakfast. Happy with the facilities, as we used gym and it was quite good for hotel gym. Could improve the staff with English ability in case they would bump into a foreigner. If they could add water dispenser and microwave would be a great. Protip: going in with the car to the lobby quite hassle as you have to drive around the block but if you just stop in front of the hotel and walk to the lobby would be fine.

Spacious room, also the room amenities and kitchen equipment are complete and very well thought supplies. They even provide the laundry detergent. Loved the coffee pods every day! Also the bar open till late, near the smoking area. There’s a famous nasi padang and supermarket just across the hotel. Near Galaxy Mall. Most of all, the level of service and the staff, impressive! Thought Bali is the best, till I experience staying in Surabaya, particularly in Oakwood Hotel. Well done everyone! Maybe a bit deep clean in the shower area on regular basis to maintain the color of the tiles. They should change the dining table, dangerous if we lean on one side, not stable.

Rooms are very large and quite high-spec, reflecting a major up-front investment when the hotel was built maybe around 10 years ago. Huge amount of drawer, cupboard and desk space. All staff, from the main entrance, to the car park, Front Desk and breakfast restaurant were very helpful and friendly (especially Pak Ary), and the breakfast selection was excellent. Some minor maintenance issues in the room, such as very slow draining shower and wash basin traps. Also some confusion over the swimming pool(s): we found the the relatively small and crowded indoor pool, yes, but if there is an outdoor pool as advertised on Booking.com, we never found it.

Location was good, 5mins walk to three big malls. Nice and well decor rooms.indoor swimming was a plus point. Staff was polite from Concierge to front desk. Nothing, all was good.

Nothing in particular, but overall experience, quiet pleasant. Cups with coffee stains, I'm expecting no stains for paying over $300. Hot features in the water dispenser not working and around the dispenser look dirty. I guess a lot of small things make the stay slightly annoying for paying premium price. Will I spend a similar amount of money to stay again? The answer is no. Simply because the apartment looks different to the picture advertised in booking.com

Large modern comfortable room…kitchen facilities were very good..Property location was also good …high rise view was very impressive No microwave…no kitchen cloths or towels…the dishwasher would not work…and missing soap for the dishwasher
