This hotel was nice to stay at. The facilities were comfortable. It was busy when I checked in. There were places to eat within walking distance, and to get to the main shopping area of the city I took a Grab car. The room was on the small side and didn't have a chair, which meant I had to rest the electric kettle (which I was happy to have) on the bed to boil water because its cord was short and wouldn't reach the power outlet above the bench top. Apart from that, the room was great.

Staff were generally friendly and helpful where they could assist. There was a sort of stale smoky smell throughout the property. I was unable to enjoy the provided breakfast as well, due to the lack of options and questionable freshness of the items provided. No hangers or any designated space to hang up my clothes in the room either.

I get what I need while staying here. All the standard services were all checked nicely for me and its place at the center of Surabaya giving me a perfect spot to go around. Its just too bad I couldn’t spend more time. Its not the property, I just don’t get called when my gofood arrived earlier.

Just a medium-end hotel standard. Only basic facilities provided. Don’t expect a 5 star hotel facilities. That’s why cheap No breakfast and no proper & hygiene restaurants available near to the hotel.
