The nature surroundings, the food for breakfast and seminar, the hospitality of staffs The safety box is broken, the iron did not heating, the towel looks like need to buy new one..

Cheap. Near the airport. University areas so food is cheap. Not clean, everything is broken. No hot water. Hairdryer and iron need additional fee. Gym and pool facilities is not maintained.

the place is noisy, not clean, there are renovations but it's still being rented out so it's not comfortable to rest
