Nice modern hotel in a big city where there arent a lot of non- Indonesian customers. Felt more like a business trip stayover hotel . The staff were very friendly, happy and helpful. The room was quite big and very clean. The location was a bit of a walk or taxi ride to anywhere

The hotel is convenient and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant is great, serving delicious food with very reasonable prices. In addition, if you are tired, you can get massage service easily. Nothing.

Please remember this hotel only has 3 stars in the rating, though! It is clean and comfortable, and the breakfast has quality food. The gem in the crown of PrimeBiz Surabaya is the customer service. The team is warm and friendly and second to no one. As I started, it is a 3 star hotel. I would like to see the bathroom given a little attention. The tiles need cleaning, and grout needs reapplying.

I really liked the cleanliness of the hotel I did not like the fact that the management used words such as triple superior rooms however he was avoiding to use bed sizes such as double bed or queen beds. The room he was offering had three single beds for a family of five. This was not good enough for a family of five. As he mentioned that all of their rooms were like this. They even failed to provide an extra mattress. Provided only one keycard, if we took the key with us the children would remain without AC/lights in the room. Therefore had to ask for an extra key.
